I came today to give a tip...if the milk is not fresh, the machine won't froth...it can be perfectly fine to consume but it can be old for the frother and the same the half and half. We might think that the frother is not working but that is not so, changing for a very fresh milk, the frother will work perfectly fine!

My question is - I wonder how stable each of these are, the foam, and which ones can do latte art.
I use a Maestri House frother, it works awesome, you can change the froth temp from cold to 120, 140 & 160 degrees, it's BY FAR the best frother I've used .

I ordered the detachable Secura and I got a lot more milk that foam. I returned it. Maybe I just got a bad one.
Have you tried the keurig milk frother? I am considering buying it but I'm curious on your opinion.
Which is the best for smaller quantities? I see most of them have a minimum amount for frothing, which seems like a lot for one person.

I watch all your videos and I trust your opinion so before buying my frother I came to watch this one and finally I chose the Secura that is detached and you can easily clean, but big mistake! I should have chosen the first one to the right because the performance is way better than the other one. I thought that the one you can easily wash in the dishwasher or by hand would last longer because you said that the other one was very complicated to clean and it could get damaged if some water touched here and there. But, it is actually very easy to clean because you can just take the frother whisk and with a brush (it comes with a small one) clean it easily. The one that I bought first takes the longest time to froth milk from cold to hot and the froth is not complete, it has some milk that doesn't get frothed and some that is actually frothed, whereas the one to the left does the job very quickly and all the milk is frothed. I tried with lactose free milk and it was completely frothed with such a good cream in no time at all, so I will be keeping the tall in one piece. It also doesn't make any noise, but then I don't care about the noise, I just care that the performance would be good and my money worth. Also, the top of the detached one is so thin that I fear it will break at any time, the other Secura has a very strong top so for sure it will last longer. Thank you so much for this video!
