It's like someone at Nike sat down and watched a hundred reviews of the ZF5 and designed the ZF6 to resolve all the issues. It's so good! Night and day better than the ZF5.
I love my first pair so much I bought a second pair two weeks later. My feet feels so pampered in them. Very protective and comfortable including the upper on the top of my midfoot. $170 is a fair price for what the Zoom Fly 6 delivers. I love running in them.
this is a solid speed/tempo run shoe, wouldn't take it for a long run or as a daily trainer. think there are better ones out there for the same price like the hyperion max 2 or magic speed 4 but if you're a nike fan, this will be good.
I believe this shoe can do a wide range of paces/runs but I wouldn’t recommend it as the only running shoe to run in as it does have a full length plate. I think pairing this shoe with a non-plated daily trainer would be great!
I would prefer these over the speed 4s as they are a touch more cushioned and less aggressive than the speed 4s. without being said, when it comes to plated trainers i’ve tried, the speed 4s are just behind these and are a fantastic option for a sub 4 hour marathon too!
@@jasonjogs although the Hokas are stupid money.....they are well worth every penny and closing in on 400mi and still racing and training in them......361 are fast becoming my favourite....
wow 400 miles… thats some serious durability for a supershoe. Did you have any issues with the heel? typically with those types of heel counters, i tend to get blisters so that + the price point steered me away
@@jasonjogs I have not....they fit perfectly and I wear no socks when I run.....I would def pick up another gen 1 ar a reduced price...since they are coming out with gen 2....

Is it a comfortable shoe? I've found some lightweight shoes for me aren't cushioned or responsive enough for me
@ftr911drvr Yes, it's quite soft and the plate is more flexible than most. Makes it very comfortable. You should try it on to gauge for yourself.
True to size fit ?
@Devildog81 I find that it fits true to size.
@@canadabear72 thanks
i saw u mention ur gonna compare this shoe to the other supertrainers, so looking forward to that !

Let’s gooo!!
Great review Jason, keep the good work up..😊👍
Thanks John!
Loving mine. Helps that I got the EK colorway and its beautiful. Shoe is also super fun to run in
The EK colorway is 🔥 glad you’re enjoying your pair!
@@jasonjogs is that for women colorway, when i look at my nike app i only see black and white for men.
That the orange color way one ?
@@Devildog81 Yessir, its the best looking of all the zoom fly 6 colors imo
@ yea I like it. But it’s sold out my luck

Going to compare all of these soon, i think it will be interesting!
Is it do it all shoes. Can I wear it every day?

@jasonjogs noted
You want a do it all shoe I heard hoka bondi 9 is the one. I’m waiting for that one
I was going to use the speed 4s for my first Marathon, would u say this is better? Or us there any you would recommend for a sub 4 marathon.

Thanks, can you tell me the difference between the zoom fly 6 and the zoom fly 6 premium.
to be completely honest, i’m not sure. I think it’s just the colorway! haha
does this shoe make that suction cup popping sound while running?
Yes, it’s been on and off for me 🤣
I chose magic speed 4 over
The Nike zoom fly 6. Maybe I’ll choose Nike next year.
I Wanted the magic speed 4 but they don’t have the red colorway anymore
Subscribed, and ordered :-D
Thanks for the support! Hope you enjoy your pair :)
Oh yeah letsgo
lets goooooo
Does it cause pronation little?
I wouldn’t say it causes pronation but it will exaggerate any overpronation or supination one may have
Looks like a winner.
Nike COOKED 🧑🍳👩🍳
@jasonjogs Is COOKED a good thing? I have no idea what that slang term means.
@@Ryan_Tinneyit’s a good thing! just means that they “did their thing” haha
Picked these up......they are ok........still prefer Cielo X1(except stupid price) and 361 Flame at a fraction (Literally Under 100.00) of the cost
i want to try the cielo’s but the price is crazy hahaha may have to try some 361 or anta’s in the future!
