The volume from the xiaomi player will be controlled. The monitor has no hdmi so there is nothing there to be controlled. Regardless of the xiaomi player volume, the master will be from the speaker itself.
You can buy any bluetooth transceiver actually. Just connect the 3.5mm output to the bluetooth transmitter. Your trnsamitter will connect to your bluetooth headset. Check the connection of my set up on the video. There is a AUX audio output.
