I'm a little late to the party, but if anyone is looking for an Arabic translation resource, www.almaany.com/ is an excellent one. You can look up both definitions in Arabic as well as translations into various languages, and see how others have translated a particular word or phrase. There are mistakes sometimes, but overall it's a good place to check first when I'm not sure about the translation of a word. I also like to keep thesaurus.com open when I'm translating, for when I can remember *a* translation for a word but not *the* perfect translation; the obvious caveat is to not be tempted to sub in a synonym just because- I never use a word unless I already knew what it meant before I saw it in the thesaurus.

I would suggest first finding a definition of cedolare secca in Italian to understand what it means. Just looking up the translation in a context dictionary doesn't help because many official sources are full of inaccuracies.
That's a good point. I often find myself doing precisely that, on the Treccani or the dizionari.repubblica.it online dictionaries. Although these will obviously only work with Italian. Different languages will have different websites for these.
