This took me 109 Awakener's orbs (the first 30 I wasn't flicking off of the sounds so they essentially were wasted).
I also died while the boss died (which doesn't count as a successful attempt understandably) - twice.
I don't own a ZCB but if I did I would have brought it for the specs up until enrage phase. Twisted bow does seem good enough to camp with though.
The method I'm using here is in my opinion the safer method versus spawning clumps of boulders. It's definitely slower and more repetitive, but it should essentially guarantee you get to enrage 100% of the time unless you make a mistake. The other method seems like you have a much larger chance of taking explosion wave damage, but I know a lot of people have done it with good success too. The idea of this method is to set up "walls" of boulders with openings (so you can get behind them from multiple sides) on each corner (whether they're placed north-south or east-west doesn't matter - personal preference). When The Leviathan is under 50% hp and spawns the tornado, you can then use the space between these walls (the cardinal direction space, not the 1 tile gap between the individual boulder walls) to drop boulders while running away from the tornado, and making it behind the wall when the explosion wave comes.
It's also always worth it to tank a tornado hit over the explosion wave, so if you're behind a wall and tornado is coming, just tank it. It's less damage (40s versus 70s).
The entire difficulty of this version of the boss comes down to enrage. Webweaver bow helps significantly by essentially doing half of the damage. The white orb seems to spawn most consistently in the northeast corner, however I've had it spawn northwest a handful of times, and southeast exactly twice. I've heard rumors that if there are boulders blocking the spawns, it will spawn in the next available corner (checking clockwise), but I've also experienced this not being true several times, so who knows for sure.
You want to set up the hp to trigger from a critical hit to spawn the white orb. That's why you can see me running around the boss during the lightning, as I'm waiting for lightning to end and also trying to stun the boss on the south side, so I can proc the enrage on the north side and be close to where the white orb spawns.
Some people have brought blowpipe for enrage to help with timing, but I found tbow to suffice. You also don't have to click back on the boss while your attack timer is resetting, which might actually save you in this intense of a scenario (it probably won't make any difference).
The biggest benefit to the enrage phase is switching prayers based off of the sound, not the projectile. There's too much to focus on for you to be able to watch the projectiles, so try to learn this asap.
Another tip that I definitely did not adhere to: don't get meleed. I think I lost perfect runs (up until enrage) just by pathing on a corner and getting meleed.
The white orb that spawns gets object-marked as a 3x3, however it's definitely bigger than that as you can see during this video (I was south one tile outside of the marked orb, yet didn't take chip damage). Not sure exactly how big but it's probably 5x5.
Definitely one of the hardest challenges in the game and I don't think anything else comes close to the apm needed during enrage.
