Been using Framer since its iteration years ago ... Framer Sites is its 4th incantation (Framer, FramerX, Framer, Framer(Sites) ... I also use Figma(developers request) and Webflow (legacy reasons) .... Framer is by far the superior tool ... It's ability to design responsive websites either desktop first or mobile first and for the changes to cascade down give it more than an edge over Figma (Webflow has a similar flow, its just not intuitive) ... It's built in components, its ability to add code components or code overrides, and its CMS Collections (still a little behind Webflow here, but that will change) ... Oh and don't forget about the community, the regular updates, the ability create to create interactions, style management... The ability to import react components, the list goes on ... Figma is great for the sole designer, and for devs who are losing jobs because of tools like Framer ... bit of a rant and a little over the place .. Framer is King ..
As web developer beginner guys which you recommend to learn first.. I mean something fine and practical that I want one option to learn and master itwhat's the best!?

Some designers are comfortable to design and build in Framer. I like to start in Figma which will be unfinished and then build and iterate in Framer.

with framer you can create a fully functional website -- check their showcase website and you'll see amazing examples!
