God, how I want to return to my favorite universe again, in Mass Effect. I lived so many hours in this epic game, I really lived in it, I lived it. I want to relive those unforgettable moments again. I really look forward to and hope for the triumphant return of the great game.

So hyped for a new mass effect game. I know alot of people didnt like andromeda but I enjoyed the thruster pack system and I'm hoping we have 5 abilities instead of 3.
I thought the story was poorly written like the villain abducting people with no other reasons than he wants to but I liked some of the characters and art design as well as the gameplay

I hope its a sequel to both the original trilogy and Andromeda, because I want to see what happened after the original games. Also, Andromeda raised so many questions: who's the Benefactor, do they find the Quarrian Ark, what caused the Scourge, what happened to the Remnant, who created the Kett?
This gives me goos bumps throughout my entire body. I grew up on this game and have spent countless hours of my life in this world and to see my childhood coming back to life with this brings me hope that I'm not the only one that loved this franchise and have been waiting a lifetime to see it reborn. Thank you bioware! We are out here and we appreciate you!
I love Shepard as much as anyone, but I don't think you can bring him/her back. ME3 was the culmination/conclusion of his epic story, and -- given his fate in most of the endings -- I can't imagine any way to bring him back that doesn't cheapen the whole experience. What were all the sacrifices for, if at any time they might just hit the "reboot"/"just kidding" button? I love Mass Effect so much that I think they need to just let Shepard rest in peace. I'd rather him stay gone than risk tainting the memory. A new arc needs to begin.
This is a fing love story, ladies & gents. Liara was still a young Asari in 2186. It seems like the destory/perfect option is where this is picked up from. Yet. Liara is talking to a geth in the trailer. Cerberus is done. Should be done. I AM feeling the Catalyst words at ME3 ending and Liaras radio communication to Geth about the humans and how the council needs to know is gonna be fun. Do humans screw it all up after being saved? I just have this feeling that most humans will be the enemy at the start. And who the F is going to fix it? Frozen Woolley Mammoth Shephard. Duh.
This game deserves a movie. I really hope VR makes the bounds and leaps I think it will so we can really experience this universe as it was meant to be.
Everyone wants their fav game to be on the big screen, or remade to relive it. But its just a nostalgia fuelled ego trip. Its like dumping your soul mate for a younger person in order to feel young again. Ever since I starte serious meditation I no longer feel this urge to revisit past experiences which is a much more peaceful existence

This biggest issue with finishing this perfect trilogy (haven't played Andromeda personally yet) is the fact I will never be able to experience it again for the first time. This game series did something to me that no other game has done and its insane. Please please don't mess this up, don't let corporate greed ruin a masterpiece

Liara has what it takes to be the protagonist for sure. It's a good choice. Just hope they assume a perfect ending for 1, 2 and 3 so someone like Wrex can also make an appearance.
my main qualm with the idea of liara being the protag is it annihilates all possibility of player customizability. her name/appearance/gender/abilities are predetermined
Terrible idea, all ME and DA games have leaned heavily into self-insert character customisability. To remove that would cripple a core feature of the series. You could justify Sheppard returning as they were originally customisable, but that's about it.
in brief the content of the teaser, further SPOILERS!!! Shepard is alive, the reapers are not destroyed, judging by the sounds, everything that was in the canonical red ending was Shepard's struggle with the drugging of the Harbinger, when it stunned him with a beam before jumping to the Citadel, everything that was after this moment was an illusion of Shepard's mind and his internal struggle in his head, in which he wins in the red ending, when in the last frames he takes a breath.
Andromeda wasn't a bad game though. It wasn't as good as the originals, but it wasn't bad. Even the launch bugs were extremely over-exaggerated by sheep parroting the hype.
EA forced frostbite engine onto BioWare after the entire ME trilogy was made using unreal. As is what could be expected, this led to development hell for mass effect Andromeda. Probably one of the biggest reasons they are going back though, is because they'll be able to port over alot of the original assets and *possibly* link ME5 to some of your ME3 decisions. Unreal is also tried and true while frostbite is just a generally sub par in house engine used for first person shooters.
Frostbyte is an old game engine now, and it is made for FPS multi-player games like Battlefield in mind, not an RPG like Mass Effect. It's a very good thing Bioware got back on Unreal Engine, not only it was the engine of ME1 to 3, but also because it is easier to work with and tweak.
The f Frostbite engine is very limited as where the unreal engine is easier to use and gives more leeway as to what Bioware can do. They have plenty of experience from the original trilogy.
Mass Effect 3's online coop horde mode was awesome. You could unlock 25 different characters and hundreds of items. It was one of the best team games on Xbox in the past 20 years of my Xbox live.
I find myself debating on which Galaxy is more advanced Andromeda because of the remnants or the Milky Way with the Reaper Tech sure the Reapers were destroyed I don't mean that everything was destroyed there could be some parts of them that still work they can be added to ships to travel quicker stronger guns on the ships honestly would be an interesting comparison
Keep in mind, we don't know how far the Milky Way has come since the Initiative arrived in Andromeda. The Milky Way is essentially 600 years of research ahead.
@@ToreOnRUclips The timing is kinda shady, because 600 years passed to the people sleeping inside the arks, but since they were travelling not only close, but actually OVER the speed of light, time would pass differently relative to Earth and the rest of Milky Way. How much I have no idea, since FTL is a concept present in the game only and just impossible in real life.
@@dansantosn Haha. If we’re moving into true physics, that is correct. Time dilation would slow time for you. It’s physically impossible to move faster than light, and you would in essence move backwards in time, if you travel FTL. But if we stick to the games perspective, they’re 600 years ahead.
i hope someday they make a prequel, AKUZE: a young Shepard, only survivor of that war or something like that, a young Anderson fighting the first contact war... that would be awesome

Love the entire series, I wonder if this will be a continuation of Andromeda. Can't wait for more details to come, though this does give me the vibes to go back to the beginning with the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, with all the DLC that I've missed. I'm already almost through the first one and going through them all again with fresh new choices that carry over is very rewarding.
I love the legedary edition and am playing it right now. However, my biggest criticism is they didnt improve the graphics. The thing i loved most about Andromeda was the improved and up to date visuals. I feel they should have remastered the original trilogy woth those visuals.

В начале игры есть уровень с ледяной планетой и Рахни, так вот, на базе в полупрозрачных ходах может просто заблокировать замок, который должен открываться, я бегал 5 часов, думая что я что-то сделал не так. Решил перезагрузить игру, и замок нормально открылся... И таких дел до фига. Так же система классов не щадящая игроков, почти любой класс не даст пользоваться нормально автоматическим оружием, разброс гигантский. Множественные проблемы текстурами, заместо них какая-то розово-чёрная ересь. И уровни, с множеством разветвлений, которые мало что дают. В общем в первой части только сюжет бомба, а сам геймплей го8но. И играть в это не хочется. 2 часть лучшая в серии, там исправили все проблемы 1-ой части, и играть на удивление было наслаждением, постановка сцен на совершенно ином уровне, боёвка классная, как же круто прокачали персонажей из первой части, они стали харизматичными, живыми. Есть вероятность потярять половину команды, а можно вообще всех, или же спасти всех. Игра чувствуется остро, напряжённо. 3-ая часть тоже неплохая, но к сожалению чуть сдали с немного странной концовкой, где жнецы оказались невероятно продвинутыми, и исполнили какую-то непонятную херь в виде синтеза(зелёная концовка). Да как вообще жнецы дали человеку выбор уничтожить их или нет? Просто бред какой-то, ведь в их силах было покончить с любыми расами в Млечном Пути. 4 часть я думаю на уровне 3-ей части, например боёвка там самая крутая за всю историю серии. Если прокачивать перки чисто биотики, то можно почувствовать себя сверхсуществом, комбинируя их к примеру с техническими перками, и вооружением, которое открывается по ходу крафта. Комбинации технических умений просто уйма, и все они могут привести к самым разным результатам, вариативность всех способностей и комбинаций в разы а может в десятки раз больше, и каждый бой выглядит просто невероятно. Да все захейтили игру из-за багов анимации в начале, и сестру Райдера изуродовали чтобы феменистки были довольны. И самое главное - ГГ не Шеппард, а значит пошла она на х*й, и всем плевать что в игре Андромеда было проделано работы больше чем во всех предыдущих трёх частях вместе взятых.

Do you really want that? I mean, you know they're going to taint the original story, somehow. The good thing about Andromeda, was a clean slate. Story was fine. I just think the new Mass Effect needs to adopt some of the systems from Andromeda, with better animations and character decisions.
I really hope they bring Shepard back, it just wouldn't feel the same without them. I want closure with all of our squadmates. But at the same time it probably wouldn't make sense to bring him back. I really hope they do though. I'm super conflicted about this
While I would love to play through more stories in the ME universe (especially the Milky Way), picking up with these characters again is difficult because now there's only one ending to ME3 that's canon. The creative team certainly don't owe it to me to make MY chosen ending the canonical one, but it would have been better, I think, to allow the ending we chose to persist into the continuation. There plenty of big decisions throughout the trilogy that lasted as the story progressed, and this one shouldn't be much different.
Dont know if you have seen but there is a decent argument that has been made that there was only ever one correct ending to the game and all the others were simply the reapers indoctrination and it was all in Shepards mind. I am also inclined to believe this as Bioware has stated Shepard survives only if the 'destroy' ending was chosen.
for me making the perfect destroy ending as canon makes sense... as the other endings are basically you being successfully indoctrinated by the reapers, control and synthesys are indocrination, as we saw with saren and the illusive man, destroy is the only way to win.

Quand on voit la qualité des personnages et des expressions du visage, on ne peut pas se dire que c'est le digne successeur de la trilogie qui, certes a pris de l'âge, mais reste stratosphérique en matière de story telling et de charisme des personnages. got goosebumps on my way to collector base. lost a few friends on my first play through. had to start again on mass effect one just to make a perfect ending. never played as femshep though. I'll wait for the sale of legendary edition on steam

They should resolve the Shepard story line (i.e. the indoctrination theory ), where you save Shepard by operating from the shadows , where you work parallel to missions you played in ME1, 2 and in part 3 ... and then kill the AI in the end and beating the reaper, so you can get rid of the 3 confetti endings ... to me ME3 was the worst and the set up in ME1 was the best... a strong 2nd installment ...didn't even have a look at that Andromeda cl#sterf#ck. My biggest concern, is that the talent that made the 1st two games have long gone and now just get some dumbed down shooter with shallow RPG mechanics

The gameplay improved a lot in andromeda. And the main history is nice too. But that insane amount of meaningless sidequests wore terrible.

This series was the best of any series I've ever played the fact that you can be shepard the same one in the third game as the first game

Liara has what it takes to be the protagonist for sure. It's a good choice. Just hope they assume a perfect ending for 1, 2 and 3 so someone like Wrex can also make an appearance.
my main qualm with the idea of liara being the protag is it annihilates all possibility of player customizability. her name/appearance/gender/abilities are predetermined
Terrible idea, all ME and DA games have leaned heavily into self-insert character customisability. To remove that would cripple a core feature of the series. You could justify Sheppard returning as they were originally customisable, but that's about it.

Shepard is alive, the reapers are not destroyed, judging by the sounds, everything that was in the canonical red ending was Shepard's struggle with the drugging of the Harbinger, when it stunned him with a beam before jumping to the Citadel, everything that was after this moment was an illusion of Shepard's mind and his internal struggle in his head, in which he wins in the red ending, when in the last frames he takes a breath.
The first 1/4th of this trailer is a screen saver.

Andromeda wasn't a bad game though. It wasn't as good as the originals, but it wasn't bad. Even the launch bugs were extremely over-exaggerated by sheep parroting the hype.

Interesting. Why Unreal Engine 5 for Mass Effect when they're using Frostbite Engine for Dragon Age 4?
EA forced frostbite engine onto BioWare after the entire ME trilogy was made using unreal. As is what could be expected, this led to development hell for mass effect Andromeda. Probably one of the biggest reasons they are going back though, is because they'll be able to port over alot of the original assets and *possibly* link ME5 to some of your ME3 decisions.
Unreal is also tried and true while frostbite is just a generally sub par in house engine used for first person shooters.
Frostbite is good though.
Frostbyte is an old game engine now, and it is made for FPS multi-player games like Battlefield in mind, not an RPG like Mass Effect. It's a very good thing Bioware got back on Unreal Engine, not only it was the engine of ME1 to 3, but also because it is easier to work with and tweak.

Frostbite engine is very limited as where the unreal engine is easier to use and gives more leeway as to what Bioware can do. They have plenty of experience from the original trilogy.

Mass Effect 3's online coop horde mode was awesome. You could unlock 25 different characters and hundreds of items. It was one of the best team games on Xbox in the past 20 years of my Xbox live.
That was my teen years bashing multiplayer with my brother and friends miss it was absolutely gutted when it wasn't put on the legendary edition
I find myself debating on which Galaxy is more advanced Andromeda because of the remnants or the Milky Way with the Reaper Tech sure the Reapers were destroyed I don't mean that everything was destroyed there could be some parts of them that still work they can be added to ships to travel quicker stronger guns on the ships honestly would be an interesting comparison

Keep in mind, we don't know how far the Milky Way has come since the Initiative arrived in Andromeda. The Milky Way is essentially 600 years of research ahead.

@@ToreOnRUclips The timing is kinda shady, because 600 years passed to the people sleeping inside the arks, but since they were travelling not only close, but actually OVER the speed of light, time would pass differently relative to Earth and the rest of Milky Way. How much I have no idea, since FTL is a concept present in the game only and just impossible in real life.
@@dansantosn Haha. If we’re moving into true physics, that is correct. Time dilation would slow time for you. It’s physically impossible to move faster than light, and you would in essence move backwards in time, if you travel FTL.
But if we stick to the games perspective, they’re 600 years ahead.
i hope someday they make a prequel, AKUZE: a young Shepard, only survivor of that war or something like that, a young Anderson fighting the first contact war... that would be awesome

Love the entire series, I wonder if this will be a continuation of Andromeda. Can't wait for more details to come, though this does give me the vibes to go back to the beginning with the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, with all the DLC that I've missed. I'm already almost through the first one and going through them all again with fresh new choices that carry over is very rewarding.
I love the legedary edition and am playing it right now. However, my biggest criticism is they didnt improve the graphics. The thing i loved most about Andromeda was the improved and up to date visuals. I feel they should have remastered the original trilogy woth those visuals.

@@ДмитрийЗавальнюк-ч6я 1-ая часть го8но. Почему го8но? А потомучто там полно багов я встречал, которые просто не позволяли проходить игру. В начале игры есть уровень с ледяной планетой и Рахни, так вот, на базе в полупрозрачных ходах может просто заблокировать замок, который должен открываться, я бегал 5 часов, думая что я что-то сделал не так. Решил перезагрузить игру, и замок нормально открылся... И таких дел до фига. Так же система классов не щадящая игроков, почти любой класс не даст пользоваться нормально автоматическим оружием, разброс гигантский. Множественные проблемы текстурами, заместо них какая-то розово-чёрная ересь. И уровни, с множеством разветвлений, которые мало что дают. В общем в первой части только сюжет бомба, а сам геймплей го8но. И играть в это не хочется. 2 часть лучшая в серии, там исправили все проблемы 1-ой части, и играть на удивление было наслаждением, постановка сцен на совершенно ином уровне, боёвка классная, как же круто прокачали персонажей из первой части, они стали харизматичными, живыми. Есть вероятность потярять половину команды, а можно вообще всех, или же спасти всех. Игра чувствуется остро, напряжённо. 3-ая часть тоже неплохая, но к сожалению чуть сдали с немного странной концовкой, где жнецы оказались невероятно продвинутыми, и исполнили какую-то непонятную херь в виде синтеза(зелёная концовка). Да как вообще жнецы дали человеку выбор уничтожить их или нет? Просто бред какой-то, ведь в их силах было покончить с любыми расами в Млечном Пути. 4 часть я думаю на уровне 3-ей части, например боёвка там самая крутая за всю историю серии. Если прокачивать перки чисто биотики, то можно почувствовать себя сверхсуществом, комбинируя их к примеру с техническими перками, и вооружением, которое открывается по ходу крафта. Комбинации технических умений просто уйма, и все они могут привести к самым разным результатам, вариативность всех способностей и комбинаций в разы а может в десятки раз больше, и каждый бой выглядит просто невероятно. Да все захейтили игру из-за багов анимации в начале, и сестру Райдера изуродовали чтобы феменистки были довольны. И самое главное - ГГ не Шеппард, а значит пошла она на х*й, и всем плевать что в игре Андромеда было проделано работы больше чем во всех предыдущих трёх частях вместе взятых.

The good thing about Andromeda, was a clean slate. Story was fine.
I just think the new Mass Effect needs to adopt some of the systems from Andromeda, with better animations and character decisions.

While I would love to play through more stories in the ME universe (especially the Milky Way), picking up with these characters again is difficult because now there's only one ending to ME3 that's canon. The creative team certainly don't owe it to me to make MY chosen ending the canonical one, but it would have been better, I think, to allow the ending we chose to persist into the continuation. There plenty of big decisions throughout the trilogy that lasted as the story progressed, and this one shouldn't be much different.
Dont know if you have seen but there is a decent argument that has been made that there was only ever one correct ending to the game and all the others were simply the reapers indoctrination and it was all in Shepards mind. I am also inclined to believe this as Bioware has stated Shepard survives only if the 'destroy' ending was chosen.
for me making the perfect destroy ending as canon makes sense... as the other endings are basically you being successfully indoctrinated by the reapers, control and synthesys are indocrination, as we saw with saren and the illusive man, destroy is the only way to win.
Wonder if anyone caught the frozen Reaper in the background when you see the person walking to pick up the N-7 helmet piece outta the snow.

@@akufuryofu Andromeda est une tentative de renouveau sur le gameplay... Pour beaucoup ça a été un fiasco, beaucoup d'aspects du jeu ont été sous traités par des boîtes de dev inconnues... Quand on voit la qualité des personnages et des expressions du visage, on ne peut pas se dire que c'est le digne successeur de la trilogie qui, certes a pris de l'âge, mais reste stratosphérique en matière de story telling et de charisme des personnages.
Andromeda a été une déception absolue pour moi malheureusement.

@@kevindhaussy3042 I agree that is Liara based on the freckle pattern and how she reacts to the N7 stuff she found. Only a Krogan, Geth, or Asari have the lifespan to remember something personally (assuming that those are all around)

They should resolve the Shepard story line (i.e. the indoctrination theory ), where you save Shepard by operating from the shadows , where you work parallel to missions you played in ME1, 2 and in part 3 ... and then kill the AI in the end and beating the reaper, so you can get rid of the 3 confetti endings ... to me ME3 was the worst and the set up in ME1 was the best... a strong 2nd installment ...didn't even have a look at that Andromeda cl#sterf#ck.
My biggest concern, is that the talent that made the 1st two games have long gone and now just get some dumbed down shooter with shallow RPG mechanics
Sounds like an excellent way to resolve the unsatisfying ending of ME3. I’d be wholly onboard for that.
