Loved it! Martina is one of my fav country singers .Broken Wing is a brilliant song of hers for u to react to! I'm really enjoying the country &PTX reactions 😀
This was a duet album and they chose different people to sing with him. One really good one was a duet withCarrie Underwood. They were great together. ❤❤😅😅😃🌻🌻
I just realized that you have not reacted to anything from the 1968 Comeback TV Special before. This clip with Elvis in black leather is from those recordings. You should, really. No matter what clip you grap to react to, you will see an highlight of Elvis' recording career. May I suggest Trying To Get To You (2nd sitdown show June 27, 1968), Baby What You Want Me To Do (inpromptu jam, 2nd stand up show, June 29, 1968) and although maybe known I would really love to see you react to Elvis' tribute to Robert F Kennedy and Martin Luther King jr, who were both assasinated in the months preceding the recording of this TV show: If I Can Dream. With that knowledge just listen carefully to the lyrics and experience the passion with which he shares his message to the American tv audience. This 1968 TV Special aired on Dember 3, 1968 turned out to be the best watched show that year and was groundbreaking as a television format. MTVs unplugged sessions originate from this show, to name a fact.
I like Martina McBride, but in my book it's sacrilegious to make a fake duet with Elvis like this. That's why I never allow this version to play. I never even liked it when Lisa Marie did it, though I never really thought she was a good singer but that's just my opinion. I also didn't even like the duet with Frank Sinatra (but again, I don't like Sinatra so there's that but I hated his treatment of Love Me Tender, regardless). If you're going to react to Elvis, unless it's from one of his movies where he sings with a co-star, just react to Elvis alone.
@@Norwegian733 No question about it, she always does a good job. I just don't personally like altering the original to fake a duet as if it had actually happened. That's just a personal preference, though. Like if I digitally altered the Mona Lisa and then hung it in the Louvre as if it was 'real'. But again, that's just me.
Great duet, but Elvis’ charisma and voice is simply insane. He was the one, folks, he had everything.
Elvis was and still is the best ever
Elvis is the greatest! Martina is great. You need to go on an Elvis journey.
Love this duet. Thank you 🙏🏻
Elvis was a gorgeous man, OMG.
Great duet elvis voice is amazing, such a beautiful song
My FAVORITE Christmas song!!! Elvis can do it all
There's everyone else and then there is Elvis. The King sits alone at the top 🙌🙌🙌
I agree with you 100%
Beautiful to see such 2 great singers
Elvis would have been around 33 in 1968 when he was singing Blue Christmas in the '68 Comeback Special.........
Beautiful....thank you for playing his songs...he is missed so much..great reaction 🌻⚡
Great Christmas song. they were both great. Please react to a country song by Elvis "Just Pretend" 1970 Live. thank you very much.
"Strong smelling salts and some warmth" - lol! You're hilarious ;)
Absolutely beautiful!! Love it!!❤️Thank you!!
1.5 billion on this satellite live stream…so far in 2023 this record hasn’t been broken yet.
Top 3 Christmas songs by Elvis in my mind:
1. If Every day Could Be Like Christmas
2. Blue Christmas
3. I'll Be Home for Christmas
My all time favorite Christmas album is Martina McBride's White Christmas

I think she did a good job. And I like it, as it makes Elvis more relevant with newer generations that listens to McBride.
