    🙏🙏सर एक आदमी जमीन पर रहते हुए 65 साल हो गया है और वह जमीन मुझे बेच दिया लेकिन उसके नाम पर नही है और वह आबदी जमीन है ?और उसे मैंने 2 लाख में खरीदा है और सिर्फ नोटरी हुवा है तो आपने नाम पर जमीन कैसे करे ।। प्लीज सर हेल्प करिए🙏🙏

      आपको चौहद्दी के नाम पर उसे जमीन की रजिस्ट्री करा लेनी चाहिए उसमें आपका रजिस्ट्री खर्चा लग जाएगा लेकिन अगर आपने नोटरी कर रखी है तू भी कोई दिक्कत नहीं है बस उसे पर आपका कब्जा होना चाहिए लेकिन अगर आप रजिस्ट्री कराते हैं तो वह नंबर एक का काम कहलाता है
