It took hearing two or three lines for me to want out. The reason I got up to two or three was because I couldn't believe this egregious, outrageous material was coming from "Catholics" A ten- year- old reading this would know that something is seriously wrong.
I've stopped watching many online Catholic content creators because they all promote each other through numerous unapproved apparitions and are constantly chasing visions and prophecies. There’s a sense of competition, everyone wants to know the newest and most extreme revelation. People want to know secrets no one else knows; from the first time I heard about some of them, Gnosticism was my immediate thought. God doesn’t want us to have secret knowledge, everything we need to know has been revealed and God wants us to share it with the world. He’d prefer we invite people to our homes and love them than for us to share arcane knowledge that does nothing to edify us or bring people into the fullness of his Church.

I found Luisa's Advent meditations, Nine Days of Jesus in Mary's Womb. At first it seemed interesting then I was repulsed by it. Something in her tone and reducing Our Lord to a kind of pathetic weakling that needs her to console Him. I never read anything else and have avoided videos about her writings. Now I know why.
Thank you, Father! This video needs to be shared everywhere! Some people in my parish, invited me to their Divine Will group, shortly after I was widowed. From the moment it started, I felt the urge to run out. I had never experienced that feeling but I knew it was from God. I stayed, listened and even returned when asked to give it another chance. When I said I didn't want to continue, the leader of the group started sending me videos of Divine Will groups lead by priests. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and the final straw was when the priest said that anyone who doesn't want to follow the Divine Will is perverted and obstinate. I returned all her materials that she had given me the very next Sunday after Mass in the church hall. When I told her I want nothing more to do with the Divine Will, she started shaking and yelled "You are possessed by the devil". I ran out and got into my car to leave. She followed me out and was banging on my car. I was so shaken by it. I have an hour drive home since I attend the Latin Mass so there was plenty of time to cry and pray. Many months later, another Divine Will person asked me to join, and I said that I believed it was demonic and she told me that I was the one who was being misled by Satan :(
How awful thank you Holy Spirit for guiding this person immediately. I have been bitten by the lying wolfs many times til I found the truth of the Rosary and the Latin Masses and prayer.

Yes there are some obvious issues with the Medjugorge apparitions. When people say "yes but I felt good feelings in my heart when I went there" it reminds me so much of the Mormons who counter any mention of the obvious problems with their doctrine by saying that they read the Book of Mormon and felt good feelings in their heart that prove it is true. They then invite you to read the book and see if the Holy Spirit speaks to you by this "burning in the bosom".
I think Medjugorje is real. So many vocations and conversions came from it. As long as the Church says it's good, I'll continue to believe it. Pope Francis doesn't like it, I know.
@@Michael-pw2tdsure a lot of conversions. I also hear of people being called to the priesthood from it, but what good is it if priests are being formed to spread false messages? Or dilute the faith? People assume the Holy Spirit is this “feel good” experience when I can tell you being touched by the Holy Spirit can be an uncomfortable experience when being faced with leaving a life of sin behind. Reminds me of “Heal Me With Your Mouth.” I have to wonder if the devil has found a way for Catholics to fall into sins of the flesh disguised as a devotion.
The disturbing part is that we have as Christians older discernement books like Isaac of Ninive that is one of the early Saint Fathers of the Church, but Catholics decided to stop using the discernement method of the early Church as it was written down in the very firsts centuries. And Catholics took the new method invented by Loyola. As an Orthodox to me it’s strange. Why? She told me I could keep my DW books but to be careful bc there were sisters who don’t like it and wouldn’t be happy for me to have them. I ended up giving her the books to keep. She got in contact with someone who provided all the volumes and she made copies of them to give to sisters she thought might like to read it. She said she asked Mother Angelica if she could read and promote the divine Will devotion and that MA said yes. Father, only a week ago I saw a short clip on youtube about Good Friday by Louisa P. It was astounding. It talked about how alone Jesus felt when every one was yelling 'Crucify him Crucify him" Every one was joining in Including the Blessed Virgin Mary. I was stunned. Mary was without sin and there is no way she would have joined in. Her own son whom she knew was the son of God.
That's the point actually. Mary's will was perfectly united to the Father's Divine Will which indeed willed that He be crucified. This was explained in the very next paragraph in the writings. This is a prime example of all the errors Fr. Mawdsley (and his blind followers) are making. Not bothering to study at all, not considering the context, and not trusting Church authority which has already approved it by a canonized Saint no less! After that scene, Luisa wanted Jesus to come back and Jesus replied he would that evening. The intimacy described in the “Song of Songs” in the Bible and in the experiences of the approved mystics is DIFFERENT from that in Luisa’s “Book of Heaven”.

Perhaps we should defer to the proper Church authority, one of which is a canonized Saint. The problem with Fr. Mawdsley's followers is they do not trust Church authority. And so error ensues.
@@samwise8309a canonised Saint isn’t the rightful authority but only the Holy See. This shows your lack of ecclesiastical understanding & theological ignorance. Pope Benedict XIV formulated the principle that "such revelations, though approved of, ought not to, and cannot, receive from us any assent of Catholic faith, but only of human faith, according to the rules of prudence." I agree about Fr. Iannuzzi. He entered also in TRUE LIFE IN GOD, which I feel so far is from GOD. But I am open for correction. At least in True life in God Texts, there is an absolutly different JESUS communicating. You feel loved, but also teached about the problems of the Church and about the need of Unification. But we also get corrected in some how. Nothing at all about this realy evil pornograhic Visions like in Louisa Piccaretta texts. Fr. He wanted to prove in some how, that Russia will play one important rote in Unification of Christians. in fact, this is mentioned also in TRUE LIFE OF GOD. But there was at least in Romania a big fight in Bukarest, Sibiu, and Temeswar against the Former Diktator. He and his wife was even killed by the New leaders. There was a lot of violence and many people lost there lifes. You can find this informations easy in Internet. Besides this violence, we had lots of violence in Former Jugoslawia, and around. So, how can a catholic Priest with more then one Dr. degree write such nonsens in a text publised by True Life In God. Besides this, JESUS told to Vassula, that her helpers should try to concentrate on helping to give the Messages of True Life of God to others mainly. They better should not promote to many different catholic teachings. Still, Fr. Iannuzzi is publishing Videos about this Louisa Piccaretta. I watched a good hour of the Daniel O’Connor response that had no link to this video, so I had to seek it out. I was not convinced by Mr. O'Connor's argument as it was mostly an appeal to emotion and didn't refute the passages quoted here in. I wasn't familiar with the divine will devotion, but I can certainly see why there would be hesitation or outright refusal to participate in them. Sadly, Mr O'Connor spoke dueling beliefs where one could be discerning and have apprehension to the divine will devotion, and that's okay, but if you dared to reject it then there was something wrong with your ability to discern. The argumentations were illogically circular when they weren't emotional and outright ad hominems. In a most real sense, he was making an irrational statement against "radical" traditionalist which basically seemed to be a reference to those Latin Mass attendees who don't practice this or the divine mercy. I appreciate the soundness of this video's argument and how for the most part the examples stand for themselves.
I was so badly turned off by this whole meaningless devotion a friend tried to force it down my throat. I also noticed people following this Louisa Pincaretta are very aggressive and rude. Thank you Father for taking time to clarify this for us.

Yeah, Luisa maybe, but never Our Lady. Calling to Pilate to crucify Him is the same as calling for Pilate to commit sin. And it doesn't matter if "maybe God will bring goodness out of it." Our Lady did never and will never prompt anyone on to commit a sin for any reason.
Thank you, Father! Daniel O’Connor owes you an apology as he grossly misrepresented you on his very popular channel. This priest has been cancelled by his bishop. The Devil is working through him to get to you. Do your own research. Living in the Divine Will is the greatest gift God is giving mankind. Don’t miss out !!!❤
Jesus will only come here on earth physically, if we are Living in The Divine Will. Why? This is what Adam and Eve had before the fall. They were surrounded with great light that they can't see themselves naked. The moment they ate the fruit, they lost that gift. Mary was also Living in The Divine Will. Her body died but assumed into Heaven. She never did her human will here on earth. That's why this priest doesn't like The Divine Will because he's not ready to see Jesus face to face here on earth. But in reality, he will still see Jesus face to face when he dies. If anybody dies without crucifying their human will here on earth, God has to purify them that is why Purgatory exists because of souls who keep insisting their human will here on earth. If you want Jesus to come soon here on earth physically, start Living in The Divine Will. He will dwell with us again because God's will is for His will to be done here on earth as it is in Heaven. Fiat
Thank you Father, I attended a Divine Will group, and it was promoted by some of the most pious and holy Catholics in the region, those who spent hours per week in Eucharistic Adoration, attended the Charismatic prayer meetings, never missed Sunday mass, and frequented weekday masses. I tried to get into this devotion, but somehow it never really peaked my interest. None of the passages that you have pointed out in this vedio were ever read, but I do think that I found some of them a bit odd. This clears things up quite well.
@@Lcoch2482 Read the comment up above from elainebeecher3600 who was literally chased to her car by a crazed Luisa follower after she decided to quit the movement and returned the books. @@dumblady she didn't say it was TLM she mentioned charismatic prayer groups which no Traditional Catholic would be caught dead at so I think it's likely N. O. Not Latin Mass. Of course I could be wrong. 🙏➕
This happened to me as well, several years ago. The women were, in my view, very devout, serious Catholics. But no, not TLM. I knew these women from a NO parish. I have left that parish, now only attend TLM. There is no discussion there about Luisa or Divine Will.
@@Lcoch2482-- fyi, the DW group I was invited to is completely run by TLM faithful. When I sent the leader the link for this video by Fr Mawdsley, she replied that it was all lies! This is very sick. Half my Catholic prayer group believes in this divine will crap. I knew something was off. I’m grateful that this priest is shedding light! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’ll be sending it to several people.
To share that I never got involved with the Charismatic Movement - wasn't judgemental about it, just that I was concerned there was a huge "high" which ended in a "crash landing." So, I stayed away from it.
Daniel has wrapped up his identity in the Picarretta revelation. He's written books about it and goes about RUclips promoting Divine Will. It will probably be difficult for him to accept that there are problems with the writings. He also has a lot of animosity toward what he calls "Rad Trads". I've been praying for him and for anyone who is overly zealous in devotion to private revelation and saints. In the chaos of these days, many are latching onto revelations and apparitions....looking for security, I guess. We all need to spend more time reading and meditating on Scripture.
Oh dear! I cannot believe that Father Alar, of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception, invited a chap to speak on his show regarding this disturbed lady! I can't listen to anymore of her ravings. It reminds me of the books that Cardinal Fernandez wrote when he was a priest. Absolutely gross.
In fact, the Divine Mercy is also a false devotion, included in the Index of Forbidden Books. In one of the comments above, the Father placed a link explaining its origins.
@@dixianaA I agree but the Dairy was never on the Index as it was first published in 1981 after they abolished the Index in 1966. The devotion was banned from 1959 & later rehabilitated due to the efforts of JP2 despite most of the Polish episcopacy being against it which influenced the decision of the Holy Office.
Fr Mawdsley, will you do a video on Faustina Kowalska? She also has gained a lot of traction and admiration among the faithful over the years, although she always seemed suspicious to me and some writings of her sound a lot like heresy. Thank you.
I agree.. also in regard to the original image painted of Jesus : I find this very unsettling ... the reflection of the halo on his head looks to me to be anything but a halo.. rather like 2 horns ... I can't un-see it now, no matter how hard I try to look past it ... Please forgive me if I am wrong , I do not wish to spread an untruth, its an observation I can't get past .... 🙏
I have experienced two miracles through praying the Divine Mercy chaplet, one involving a Heavenly vision! His image is similar to that of the shroud of Turin.
@@sylvied3312 Absolutely not. Please see Daniel O'Connor who has studied ALL the volumes written by Louisa. And please look up St Hannibale who was Louisa's spiritual director. Unfortunately Fr Mawdsley has searched for all the phrases that he deems are sexual in connotation but in the case of many mystics and saints the language which WEoften associate with sexual love are used to express DIVINE love. Discernment is necessary here! Fr Mawdsley I'm praying you will see the truth!
Thank you Fr. Mawdsley for your understanding regarding this issue. Shortly after my conversion, nearly four years ago a friend presented this devotion to me, and shared her devotion. As I considered her pius I began to read it. Not long after, I just couldn't continue. You highlighted many of the passages I found disturbing, as well as a few I had not read. One other impression I had was that Luisa seemed to be placing herself above Our Lady. That was a game stopper for me. I look forward to your future commentaries. Viva Christo Rey!
People have never read a good catechism, nor have they ever read the Scriptures, but they want to dive into mystics? Pray the Rosary daily, read the Catechism of the Council of Trent daily, read the scriptures daily, pray continually prayers of gratitude, develop a relationship with Our Lord and Our Lady as well as your Guardian Angel, go to mass on Sunday (or daily if you can), receive the Blessed Sacrament worthily. This is a good spirituality, suitable for ~99% of Catholics.
I have a family member who was involved with this movement for 50 years. I have been in her room in Italy. This is so wrong. I know many good Catholics who don’t go to church anymore or pray because they live in the “Divine Will “. I could go on but I don’t have enough space
I am simply commenting to boost the algorithm so more people see this important video. Thank you for the time and effort you have put into this Father.
A group of men where I attend the Latin Mass are heavily into this devotion. So, it’s not the lack of all that is good, true and beautiful that they seek this devotion. One of these men told me he was abused by his father (to what extent, I do not know). I recently started reading volume one of these diaries, and after seeing this video, I know I will no longer continue. Thank you Father.
Thank you Father for this video... This devotion absolutely never sat with me... I could not square how LP could be seen to be above St Joseph and the Apostles ... that her heart was to be next to the hearts of our Lords and our Blessed Lady ... how could her sitting in bed for decades be regarded (by her followers) as more important than the work of the Apostles , who were part of Jesus's life and ministry while he was here on Earth, they preached for decades after, all but one were martyred ... yet Jesus was to wait until LP came along to bring in this new era of salvation ... which belittles the works of the Apostles, Disciples, Saints and Martyrs ... it just never added up...
@alicetalbot5899 It is not necessary to follow any particular devotion you personally have trouble accepting or following. However it is another matter to make serious attacks against prophecy that has produced good fruits as has the devotion to the Divine Will. Attacking prophecy with good fruits is a serious sin against the Holy Spirit.
Thank you, father! There are a lot of strange devotions these days! I didn’t know so much about Luisa, i already have concerns about Santa Faustina, could you speak about the divine mercy?
Thanks for posting this question. I, too, have concerns regarding Divine Mercy and see SO MANY talking about praying the devotion. I'd like to know what the Church's official position is and the theology they're using to support it if that's the case. Meanwhile, I'll stick to the traditional....Rosary, Seven Sorrows, Sacred Heart, Immaculate Heart, Douay-Rheims, and traditional missal and Breviary.
💖 Please, don't jump to conclusions. I have heard, that Sr. Faustina, has also been present, spiritually, at some exorcisms. I do think, that she is a bona fide: Saint. Despite the fact, that I DO have 'issues', with many of John Paul the II's, heretical statements, etc. 👍
I started listening to an audio version of her diaries and could not continue. I found Sister Faustina's writings depressing and disturbing. I was surprised to hear that she was a smiling, cheerful person.
A few years ago i had a vision of Jeremiah and he hit me over the head causing me pain. At the time i was a non denominational Christian, but also practicing in the new age deeply. Since then a spiritual director told me that pain in a vision usually means demonic. Not sure if that's true with the Saints tho. BUT i will say with certainty that when Jesus saved me out of the new age i was plagued with demonic dreams where i kept being encouraged to eat. I somehow knew intuitively not to. Now I've converted and go to an NO mass, my priest has told me that all visions should be assumed to be demonic and to just move on. He is very wise
Demons are smarter than people. St Theresa of Avila would have visions sometimes of Jesus and sometimes of the devil disguised as Jesus. The devil was so good at imitating Our Lord that she couldn't tell the difference. The solution? Obey her spiritual director regardless of what a vision tells her. Because her there's no way a vision of Our Lord would encourage disobedience to her superior (unless he was directly ordering her to commit a sin). Long story short: Keep listening to your priest and you'll be fine.
This is so wrong. I knew these disgusting citation for years , I try to explain it to my friends but they never listen to me. It’s like a cult. And they say that you’re lukewarm if you don’t believe in her stuffs .
I have Catholic friends who read her books. I always research everything and discerned very early that I must avoid this woman’s writings. But I have sisters in my Church who hold onto her every word and gush about her at any chance. It’s idolatry in my opinion. I feel as if they are placing Luisa above even the Blessed Mother.
Thank you Fr.. For exposing the vileness in the source of the devotion itself.. The very few minutes were enough hurt my ears but this is to be heard by everyone as people need to know the truth and save themselves from the diabolical devotions in the face of growing confusion in the present crisis in the Church.. This woman was having Astral Projection experiences. Astral Projection is a paranormal occult related experience where you can leave your body & this is NOT from God. How was something like this even published? How can this come this far without responsible scrutiny and examination?
Years ago at a camping pilgrimage in Walsingham, I was at overnight Adoration and I had a nursing infant with me. A man tapped me on the shoulder and said "that's so beautiful, your baby is suckling from you while you suckle at our Lord's chest". I was absolutely horrified by the comment and it stayed with me as something deeply repulsive. Now I see where it comes from.

I had friend who was avidly devoted to these writings. As I found out a little more about it, I wanted to say, there is no mystery about God’s will-obey the commandments, follow the teachings of the church, get up each day and do the duties of your work and your vocation, love your neighbor. NO brainer… DW movement seemed like a distraction from living the Faith, a diversionary tactic even of the Enemy. A bunch of bosh.

@Scripture and Tradition - Fr. JM. I have questions as you do. My first question is about how a sickly woman with a first grade education was able to write so much? Second, if she was writing in her own dialect, how were translations handled? Third, was someone actually transcribing her verbal remarks? If so, was license taken to add the transcribers words to hers? There must be an archive of the writings that LP did, including the correspondences in her own handwriting? With these questions, was there a diabolical ghost writer penning this and tagging her name to it? No matter how one looks a this, LP was exploited and the writings attributed to her are still exploiting those who follow them. Now the OLD TESTAMENT makes even more sense how often the Hebrews and Israelites were led astray with pagan errors. It’s still happening today, confusing Catholics to jeopardize their eternal souls.
There was a group of people where I lived that were into this "devotion" and one of them gave me a 3rd class relic of her and the book. I read thru a couple of chapters & threw it out because it seemed strange to me. I still have the relic. I will dispose of it. Thank you for looking into this Father!
“They both smiled and commended me for my foxiness.” Yeah, that sounds like something the Divine and Human pinnacles of virtue would approve of. 🙄 Where is the requisite humility before God and the Queen from Nazareth whom he elected to be his mother? Even if you could “spiritualize” (which I don’t think you can) a grown woman suckling from Mary’s breast, the fact that she did so as a “joke” and would be so audacious in approaching… this is spiritually toxic and a distortion of any proper attitude towards heavenly things. Lord have mercy. +

On January 24, 2024, Bishop Benoît Bertrand of Mende, president of the French bishops’ Episcopal Doctrinal Commission, shared a message from the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints addressed to the bishops of France. The message conveyed the decision to halt the examination of the case of Luisa Piccarreta, initiated in 1994 by the now deceased Italian Archbishop Giovanni Battista Pichierri of Trani. Why does the Church reproach this Italian mystic, who has been gaining interest among priests and laypeople in recent years? Bishop Bertrand repeats the arguments put forward by the dicastery, which are of three kinds: theological, Christological, and anthropological.
Thank you for this synopsis. I have been invited several times to follow her, but never got around to it, not really being attracted to so-called saints who are confined to their beds for years on end. That fact alone made me wonder if she was mentally ill or beset by the demonic.
I was becoming confused and stressed, but I believe it's important to adhere to the simple message Sr. Lucia of Fatima conveyed-that the only two remedies God has given to the world are devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Rosary. @@notsparctacus I think I heard David Gray talk about that, but it went over my head.
I wasted years following the Divine Will and now wish I had spent the time on good spiritual reading and catechism instead. It appealed to my pride. Now I see it as a form of Gnosticism.
Can you elaborate on that please?? How is it akin to Gnosticism? And how would it feed your pride?

the Gnostics believed they were given secret knowledge from God, they were demonic and many were fooled like Protestantism it’s demonic they like the Gnostics believe they have been given secret knowledge, and they act on their own permission and authority to spread their deception.
I can understand, I was in the yoga stuff for years. I have heard from Frances Hogan, that she loved and desired to become "nothingness", like completely dissolving. That can not be what God wants from us. Even in the beatific vision in heaven, we remain a living creature. God wants a relationship with us, and make us happy, he doesn't want to dissolve us. He created us, so that he could interact with us and share his happiness.
@@FoundSheep-ANI think a lot of people who chase fake unapproved mystics do it out of pride. I see people preparing grapes to bless or pointing out how many beeswax blessed candles they have almost as if it’s a competition. As a new Catholic trying to escape the fake end times prophecies in Protestantism, it hurts my heart to see Catholics doing the same thing.
I met a woman who promoted this. I started going to the meetings. The readings always made me cry! They took turns reading, when it was my turn I couldn’t read as I would choke up. I never got to any of the readings that Fr. has read here, I think that I would’ve realized it wasn’t from God at that point. I mainly just quit going. I still talk to that lady, on the phone, once in a while. I invited her to the TLM. I almost called her recently to invite her again! But now that I know this stuff is demonic I will just pray for her, and all those involved. Fr. Mawdsley is such a blessing to us, in these modern times. He speaks with such clarity. His love for Truth is inspiring. He brings the saying, “To know God, is to love Him” to another level. God bless you! ⚜️

I found Luisa's Advent meditations, Nine Days of Jesus in Mary's Womb. At first it seemed interesting then I was repulsed by it.

For me, I have visited, and felt the peace and serenity while in Medjugorje, wishing that we all could live as simply and charitably, devoted to the sacraments, in our home towns and cities, as is done in that town between the mountains
Sometimes the Holy Spirit burns like it will when in purgatory. When people talk fuzzy peaceful feelings, I’m immediately suspicious.
Couldn't agree with you more. Medjugorie is not possibly a true devotion.
Reminds me of “Heal Me With Your Mouth.” I have to wonder if the devil has found a way for Catholics to fall into sins of the flesh disguised as a devotion.
Good observation!

It was easy to see he didn't take any pleasure in the difficult and much needed task.
Oh, but St. Hannibal is a post Vatican II saint, therefore he's not a real saint according to Fr. Mawdsley who merely calls him "Fr. Hannibal."

After that scene, Luisa wanted Jesus to come back and Jesus replied he would that evening.

Hmm. how did JK Rowling write her books? How did Joseph Smith do his thing?
There was a group of people where I lived that were into this "devotion" and one of them gave me a 3rd class relic of her and the book. I read thru a couple of chapters & threw it out because it seemed strange to me. I still have the relic. I will dispose of it. Thank you for looking into this Father!
I also have a 3rd class relic but will dispose of it.
“They both smiled and commended me for my foxiness.”
Yeah, that sounds like something the Divine and Human pinnacles of virtue would approve of. +
There is a description of Luisa sucking Jesus’ tongue when they were kissing (Tongue Kissing ?) in Volume 9, March 10, 1909 of Luisa’s “Book Of Heaven” , which is presented from 2:30 onwards of Father Mawdsley’s video. After that scene, Luisa wanted Jesus to come back and Jesus replied he would that evening.
This seems very straight forward demonic for those who investigate all of Louisa's writings. How many do not? Probably most. The dissolution of orthodox guidelines brought by Vatican II leads to more confusion & less trust in the Catholic Church. May we pray for more discernment & rely on the trusted teachings & devotions pre Vatican II.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. 🙏
Wow! Daniel O’Conmor - after watching his rebuttal to Fr. Mawdsley, I am now just as turned off by him as I am with Luisa Picaretta😳
Yes!
I’ve heard enough of this demonic dairy/book:
Sounds like foreplay to me. Did Fernandez help write it.
Lol
Perhaps he got his ideas from it though.
Very similar in spirit.

@@stephenho7156Deranged stuff!
I cannot stomach this and I find it hard to believe anyone would rejoice in this delusion. I could cry this is so wrong.
What about testing the spirits? The saints all did this because the devil can appear as an angel of light.
Such confusion in the Novus Ordo. I went to these meetings! I eventually just quit going. Then I found the SSPX, at the lockdown. No ambiguity going on. I had misplaced your books, Fr.! I found them yesterday! Now I can finally read them! I need to buy the last one. I bought the others before you finished the 4th book. ♥️🙏🏼☦️
It’s tragic that in Catholicism, as we can see, people have ceased to differentiate between the spiritual and the emotional, sanctity and fantasy.
Absolutely. And also between what is true goodness and beauty, and shallow sentimentality.
@@Mar--Mar modernism is another religion.
Thank you for this synopsis. I have been invited several times to follow her, but never got around to it, not really being attracted to so-called saints who are confined to their beds for years on end. That fact alone made me wonder if she was mentally ill or beset by the demonic.
