22:00 what Tom is saying about stand-up comedy is absolutely right. There are a few exceptions, where some people get promoted faster than others, and their material is very good from the get-go. I had the opportunity to give a ride to Kurt Braunohler several years ago in my Uber. His advice was that it takes a good comedian "at least 10 years" to get recognizable and start getting better job opportunities. Food for thought.
