- In this 4x4 video we have a good mix of 4wd vehicles head through the Gardens of Stone and up Baal Bone Gap then finish of at the Wolgan Valley Lookout. This was a fun trip would be considered easy to medium with some spectacular scenery.
Amongst the Nissans, Land Rovers and Toyota we had the pleasure of having 3 X - Australian Army Vehicles known as Perenties join us. Great looking trucks, built tough with a galvanised chassis and a 3.9ltr Isuzu power plant. The Perentie is based on the Land Rover 110.

Great video and thank you for posting it.
Great video as allways cobba. Cheers for sharing.
Your videos just keep getting better, its a bit of a given though that the green Isuzu powered 110 is going to climb anything in its path as any mountain goat would. The Perentie just needs some lockers front n back. Good driving skills and entertainment from all and their trucks.
The perenties not only suffer from lack of lockers, they have suspension issues. They need a raise and tyres crawling steep rock need to be different. All of which the first rover had and it took the rock on beautifully.
That was a fun day. Great to meet new people and catch up with old friends. Thanks everyone for coming.
No (differentials) lock...no gain !
Mate, I really enjoy not only your video's, but your style of off-roading. Also, your personality behind the camera is smile inducing. Very well done, keep it up! Only more often... 😎 would love to get down that way some time, very cool wheeling, and beautiful country.
