I have a question … if we make a video with someone…a current business partner or a virtual summit guest speaker or a JV webinar with an influencer…and later (maybe much later) it’s discovered they did something criminal or start behaving crazy online and we no longer want to be co-branded with them or publicly associated… how do we cut them out of the video and/or any payment arrangements/contracts? If editing the video is not possible and taking the entire video could lead to economic loss. I know we can re-do the video without them but what of they were deeply embedded in it
What about people who use platform to expose their anus and scrotum like Kevin Leonardo who also uses platform to sell pornographic videos in his description. A channel that has been up for over a year and that I was made aware of by my 11-year-old child and friends who are same age or is it all about money? Does the Adult content Notice really protect and allow people like this to use platform in this way?
when i record my mnigolf play i need to stop camera between holes to avoid copyright strikes. i film while walking so people are harder to see.
