Sorry for my bad english, I'm brazilian and recently i bought this BAR 500. Sometimes I turn on after a few days but the bar crashes and is slow to change functions and does not connect correctly to Bluetooth. So I need to unplug and plug again the BAR into the power.
Have you ever seen this problem?
Today I reset the BAR and I hope that it solves.

I'm on the fence between the JBL Bar 500 and the Samsung HW-800B. Mostly TV use, but I will also use it as a room stereo. The sub for the JBl seems to be better, but the soundbar and Dolby Atmos Experience for the Samsung seems to be better. What do ya'll think?

For atmos effects better 800b has 2 upfiring speakers..for audio quality i will prefer bar 500😊😊
