Great video. Normally, how long would it take for the WAIVER to be approved? Approximately.

You have to get married first and then file the I-130. After that is approved, you can file the waiver

Hi Sukhbajwa. You can call us to set up an in-person or virtual / phone consultation at 1-800-529-5465 or internationally call +1-212-227-8933, Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm Eastern Standard Time.
When you speak with our office, Brad’s secretary will explain the charges for a consultation and you can decide if you would like to schedule with Brad or one of his senior attorneys.
