This sold for 28 million in 2020 so I’m sure the cost of that expression maker is equivalent to the price of a cup of coffee to them. But overall the home staging is quite astounding.

Absolutely stunning! I love the master bathroom and the kitchen so much. It's different from the same old white or beige modern stuff you see in every house today. The outdoor spaces are a plus as well.

Probably doesn’t. NYC has high prices because it’s convenient but limited space wise. It’s a mansion compared to most of NY.

The house was “Staged”, furniture is set up in the house that’s for sale to show potential buyers what it could look like. This is usually only done for higher end/expensive homes. Believe it or not, that’s actually a job/career and you don’t need a degree or any formal interior design training. (I would think you would need a good eye.)

The outside spaces are fabulous. The indoor spaces--meh. Very masculine and sterile. Not my taste. Too much marble and dark. And all spaces being matched to each other--where do you go when you're feeling cozy? feeling happy? feeling depressed? feeling energized? feeling industrious? I need color!

Beautiful finishings and furniture, but the video was too short and over-edited. This could've been a six to eight minute video that walked the viewer through the space, so one gets a better sense of flow through the layout.
