I was born and raised in the deep south, I love the people, food culture there...but I had to get out for many reasons. The major cities in the south are just awful and getting worse. Memphis, Atlanta, New Orleans, anywhere in Florida, Houston, St. Louis...ALL shitholes. You have to call a spade a spade, even if you love some of these places. And I do love a few of these cities, deep down...I just couldn't love there any longer. When you have a family...it changes your perspective.
