Agreed! I also would have loved to see not just more variety, but more volume. Seeing the little handfuls given out in CBJ compared to the single pieces per token, I can only think of the way this could break down within the kids of a family and how hard it would be for the allergy kiddo to get considerably less candy and less variety than a sibling or friend.

Random idea for Disney (and likely too costly to be implemented): as an adult I don’t personally care, but I think they should do more for the kids. Instead of the sad treats, maybe have exclusive themed event only pins and stickers and the like. 🤷🏻♀️

Park closes to regular guests at 6pm and then the party begins at 7 and runs till midnight. During the 6-7 hour, cast members are checking wristbands and making sure that only party guests are left.
Looks just like it was last time I went to the party 3 years ago. Lots of candy by the end, the bag was overstuffed and the candy lasted months after we got home. I'd say it's worth a visit if you've never done it before.
I am sad that so many attractions are closed and you just walk through! I think I may keep my CRT res during the party. I feel like there is less open then the Xmas party. Thought?
