how i got (almost) straight A*s in IGCSE 🌟

- this video was requested some time ago so here it is! i took 10 subjects in IGCSE and got all A*s in my Year 11 end of year report, and almost straight A*s in the actual IGCSE exams. in this video i'll be giving some general advice on how i did it, as well as detailed tips and tricks for every subject i took :)
disclaimer: i took the IGCSE exams in May/June 2019 (except for international maths which i took in 2018) so some of the syllabi for the subjects i took may have been updated. i checked all the syllabi though and they've mainly stayed the same, so most of the advice i give in this video should apply! also, i'm not trying to flex or anything when i talk about my grades, just hoping to give the best advice i can on how to score well on your IGCSEs!

hiii at 5:59 what do you mean by the points being given to you? cuz in the poem they just give you 2 questions? where do you get the points
in the question they’ll have bullet points underneath for certain aspects you can consider, so as long as you include those bullet points in your essay as well as their effect on the reader you’ll be good to go :)

GCSEs are for English and Welsh. In Scotland we have Nationals.
Does IGCSE have ages level? Can apply those who are over ages around 21_22?
i believe the recommended age level is 14-16 years old so people tend to take it in high school.

i got my first bio and math exam on may 2nd. It’s may 1st 4:30am, and I just finished studying. Still am pretty scared

Hi I have a question: do I have to take all 10 subjects or can I take only 8 for my igcse? Will this negatively affect the way the university sees me?
Well I hope not cuz my school only offers 5 subjects
You need to pass at least 6 subjects to get into a university so 8 is good
@@Iamacoolswan no it really depends on the country the person wants to go to for uni. some countries ask for 12 and some ask for 5. it really depends! for example the US asks for 5 and lets say egypt needs either 8 or 12.
