I just began my wine jouney about 6mo ago. I'm drinking wine out of a beer goblet because thats all i have. Lol. Cabernet is my favorite so far and i typically buy them at grocery stores. Really enjoyed Francis Coppola black label.
That's awesome! Welcome on board and thanks so much for watching!
After watching this video I actually was able to contact the Muscatine owner and purchased 2 bottle . Finally opened one up and OMG what a ride it was. Had a hard putting it down lol , thank You and Hello from Lady Lake Florida
thank you for your knowledge
That's awesome. I'm so glad you were inspired to find these wines. They are sublime!!
I love the scenery and the sound.
Another wonderful video mate! So educational and fun. I always end up picking Sonoma wines most of the time tbh. Cab is one of my all time favorites. Thanks for all the tips! You’re definitely my fave expert. Cheers 🍷🍷
Thank you my friend! Thanks for watching.
Thx for another well researched (and interesting) video 😊
Thank you for watching!
Heading over to Sonoma next week. Love it, best from the UK
Love this review …. And like the haircut!!!
Very nice video mate! Very well executed and edited! Great content as well!
Thanks so much! Cheers 🥂
I’d love to see you bring Paso Robles Cabs into the conversation. More than one have been in the top 100, and one was #1 a couple of years back. (Austin Hope, I believe, which is Winery of the Year this year). As a Paso-phile, I’m throwing down the gauntlet. 😁
2 of my favourite wine regions
Knights valley...the perfect middle ground.
I live in Camden County, NJ. Not much good reds over here but we have some really decent whites. Love Sonoma Zins and Napa Cabs. Good video, best of luck with your channel brotha. All great videos
Thanks my brother. Check out Roger Wilco for some decent wines. I work with them and they are actually the ones that sponsor these videos. Go to www.wtso.com to order. These wines actually come right from their Pennsauken NJ location. Cheers!
Awesome, 👏 What Cabernet Sauvignon would work well with Ribeye? How you described the flavors from each region i am leaning more towards a Napa region wine. Thank you.
I know you love California Cabernet!! Drop me some thoughts and comments here about your favorite Cabs.
The Prisoner Cuttings Cabernet, Unshackled, Pillar and Post. Well, a lot! Next one I will be trying is Lawless. I've tried Caymus and Duckhorn and I didn't care for them. I was told I have an odd palate.
@@MarkSeydel ah, just because you don't like the cult Cabs doesn't mean you're odd. To be honest with you I think they're all a bit overrated too, especially Opus One! I bought a bottle a few years ago and was underwhelmed. I think if you stick in this range of 25 to $50 per bottle there are so many good options to choose from, you really can't go wrong. Thanks for watching and commenting!
When I’m feeling saucy and it’s a special occasion, I’ll grab The Prisoner Cabernet. It’s nice. But for those “after work” glasses, I like the cabs from Stix and Standing Goat. Also I’m a very lucky boy haha, I live right next to a discount wine outlet. So I am never without reach of affordable wine 😜
@@skandarc2810 nice! The Prisoner has always been a solid wine. Dave Phinney of Orin Swift originally made that but he sold the brand to Constellation a few years back. If you can find other Orin Swift wines they're all rock solid.
@@wine-living thank you for the tips! Living in here on Southern California, we get a pretty great selection of great wines
Love buena vista. Hate that the price went up. I think I was buying it for $38 last year. Now I’m paying $45.
Some of that is supply chain stuff... A huge issue for wineries this year, is glass bottles. Of course most glass bottles are made in China, so there's a logistical issue and a political one too.
Hi I’m from India , is it possible for me to get Malbec in India
I'm sure. Where do you normally buy wine?
Love this review …. And like the haircut!!!
Thanks Emily!
