Welp, that was amazing - but I don’t think I would do it. 20:10 you looked like you felt nauseous and I know I do when I overheat. The rapid exhaustion caused by overheating sets off alarm bells in my mind and the ‘weight loss’ is likely nothing more than temporary loss of water. Still, for a video, it looked and sounded cool and was very entertaining. I’m glad you’re okay!
I very much would like to try it. I can tell the heat and pressure took a lot of out of you. The staff was top notch, very attentive and friendly. This was a treat to watch and to listen to. They worked in perfect unison.

How it feels to chew 5 Gum
Just hot water, nah that not enough to clean deep in that tub
Hi, I reached out to the shop asking about how the sand is taken care of and how often it is cleaned, and below are the answers:
Cleaning and Maintenance of the Japanese Volcanic Sand
- Before and after each use, the sand is cleaned and sterilized by releasing water at 100 degrees into the pond 3-4 times before and after each customer's use. This process involves raking and leveling the sand, removing any debris, and adding a disinfecting agent into the pond to maintain hygiene standards.
- The Sand Bath Pond's Water Treatment System is quality controlled every 7 days.
- Last but not least, the customer/patient must clean their body by showering before getting into the sand bath.
Overall, the cleaning process of a Japanese volcanic sand bath involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure the safety, comfort, and effectiveness of the therapeutic experience for every participant.
