I was just thinking about how badly their hands must hurt sometimes, I’m sure after a while they get used to it but I have experience with exfoliating myself in the shower with sugar scrub and let me tell you it hurts after a while

Weight checking because some claim that this therapy can help lose weight. The blood pressure check because this therapy is not suitable for people with high blood pressure or heart problems :)
This volcanic sand bath looks relaxing, but I know from personal experience that steam rooms don't agree with me. This sand bath may make me itchy, but I still would like to try ❤😊
It is a blend of Thai herbs and other ingredients that are intended to remove dead cells and brighten the skin. Usually, each spa has its own recipe, but the main ingredients that are commonly used are tamarind pulp, coffee grounds, Thanaka powder, aloe vera pulp, turmeric powder, honey, and etc.😊
