the battery of the 6 was terrible, but i think besides that it is a better phone the 7. the 8 has good radiation ratings and the 5, 7 and 11 the worst... probably the 12 too i imagine. but everyone i know with a 5 or se has had their phone longer than owners of the 6, becasue the battery died in 1.5 years
Are you talking about battery size wise, or battery life wise? Battery SIZE wise the SE has the smallest battery, coming in at 1624 mAh, the 6s has a 1715 mAh battery, and the 6s plus has a 2750 mAh battery. If you are talking battery LIFE wise, then it all depends on how used the phone is. My iPhone SE is only a few months old, and it can usually last until about the end of the school day.. The SE has really shitty battery life, but its decent for a 1624 mAh battery.
Nathance its all depends because the bigger iPhone need more battery because of the size of the screen. In other words if the IPhone SE have the same battery of the newer IPhone the iPhone SE will destroy the other iPhone because the SE is smaller. Obviously i am only talking about a example of the battery. in performance the newer iPhones crush the SE. I have the SE and its pretty good in my opinion. And yes i got it in April i just have month with this iPhone. From the 5s to the SE. The SE crush the 5s.

That's only because the SE uses less power due to it's smaller screen and slightly less hardware: no 3D Touch, no GLONASS, no barometer. The plus has longer battery life because it has a larger battery due to it's larger size. If you saw inside the iphones you'd clearly know what im talking about.

João Morais you need to because you can even find one for $100 or under a $100 and if you want one in good condition maybe like $120 ... totally worth it and after the new software the phone works quite fast, I don’t need it to go lightening fast and I multi task and am very happy plus IT FITS IN MY POCKET!!!
Raw Hitz they don’t really change much. Only thing tht changes is the size of the screens tbh. The new processors that they advertise for run the same as the old ones it’s not like a new phone gives u a all new experience. I have a 6s and I’m very happy with it.

I wish I would've done a little more research since the selfie camera on SE isn't quite a good as 6S, but I do like the SE for the size. The 6S doesn't look that much bigger though. Correct me if I missed something, but I think you did not mention the difference between the screen of the 6s and SE. The 6s has a better screen. Storytime: Around the release of the 6s I wanted a smaller phone, like a 5S refresh but nothing - just more big phones. Was Apple copying Samsung? Reachability? What about “Think Different”? What kind of alternate timeline had we slipped into? Thinking Apple was done with small phones, I relented and traded in my 5S and bought the 6S. Then the SE came out a few months later and I was like... oh no. At first I was thinking of creative ways of sell my 6s without a loss. However, after some time comparing the specs of the 6s and SE in detail I stuck with my 6s for some time. When the AirPods came out I decided to sell my 6s so I could buy the AirPods and then moved back to my wife’s old 5s which we held on to when upgrading to the 6s. I was running on the 5s for a while until one day it started acting weird - unexpected shutdowns then the Apple mark loop. I took it to my Apple authorized repair shop and they tried putting a new battery in it, but it still wouldn’t start. I think I was out of AppleCare on that phone at the time, so they said the cost of repairing it would be too expensive so it made more sense just to buy a used phone or get a new one. So I gave up on the 5s and looked for other options. I then found a carrier offering a Jet Black 7 for $100(!) around the time the 8 and “X” came out, so I went with the 7. (This was the non-subsidized price, so it actually was $100.) I really considered the SE again at that point, but there was no special campaigns/deals for the SE at the time and yeah that $100 7 was just too good to pass up. It also looked cool and didn’t slip in my hands. However coming back to my initial point, the thing that really sent me to the 7 as opposed to the SE was mostly the screen. I just couldn’t bring myself to buy the SE when all other models have been using the screen with the fused touch sensor and glass. Now nearly two years later, and my 7 contract about up, I’m still hoping for an SE refresh with a modern screen. Thinking back, I think I would probably love having an SE if I didn’t buy that 6s and would still be using it now, despite the inferior screen. I just wish Apple would have let us know. “Oh hey, you guys that like a smaller phone. We got you covered - check back in a few months.” So yeah, now with only rumors of another round of big phones this year I know I am going to pass and keep on running with my 7 for who knows how long. Hands down SE, I’m writing my comment on one! It’s been my daily driver for nearly two years, upgrading from a hand me down iPhone 4. It’s small, compatible with 5S accessories, and has an analog headphone jack! It was cheap then, cheap now, awesome if you want apple on a budget.
I definitely would miss 3D Touch... 3D touch is present in SO MANY parts of the system. I never used the shortcuts on the homescreen but I use it every days so many times on the keyboard (no the space bar option is NOT as good) and I also use it pretty often to "peak" in pictures on Twitter, WhatsApp or mails without the need to open them completely. and on my 8 Plus I also used 3D Touch very often for the multitasking shortcut from the left to open multitasking or switching between the last 2 apps. That's why I really hope the rumors of the 2019 iphones are not true in this point.
I bought both of them .I live in holland the 6s i bought secondhand for €180 ($200) and se i bought it also secondhand for €100 ($120).The se i use as backup
The price difference is much more noticeable in Australia. The iPhone SE used is around $180 AUD ($125 USD) and the iPhone 6s used is about $400 ($280 USD). The 6s Plus is even more expensive at about $450 ($315 USD). For that reason I would say that the iPhone SE is much better value as it’s the same internals but it’s significantly cheaper. Personally I prefer the SE (even if I don’t consider the price difference) as I prefer the design of the 5s and I find it much easier and more accurate to type on than the bigger phones.
Tony Darcy nope, I got my iPhone 6S in excellent condition last week for $290 AUD which is about $210 USD. It’s one hell of a deal. I’ve seen 6S pluses for about $350 AUD ($250 USD) and $450 ($325 USD) at the priciest. SE is still a great phone, not going to deny it, but I’d rather the 6S or 6S plus for only an extra $50-$100 for more features
Nice video, I have had both of these phones as my daily at some point. However, you forgot to mention that the SE does not have 3D Touch which I still use a lot on my 6S
I have a 6s and I'm completely satisfied with it. I don't plan to upgrade til 2021 as I just switched from Android to iOS and I'm leading it til I pay it off. I'll probably upgraded to the newest future iPhone in 2021.
I've had the SE for 6 months now and it's really good and great and I have nothing bad really to say about it and now I'm upgrading to a 6s wish me luck I'll pass down my wonderful SE to my brother
I remember when the first 1 megapixel camera came out. The pictures were jaw dropping. You could zoom in and in and in. Amazing results. At the time scientists had put together a 5 megapixel camera, but it had to be mounted on a special base unit because otherwise it picked vibrations in the earth. Now we have cameras rated above 1 megapixel that produce rubbish images and cameras rated in the 10-20+ range and some them also produce dubious images. Somewhere, something has gone wrong. iPhones - had one of all of them over the years (prior to this year). Settled on an SE. Dinky little thing. Everything I like about Apple, without the silliness (Face ID, huge screens my 10" span hands struggle with).
i got the 6s 3months after release and it still works fast and i would recommend for ppl who want to save money by buying 6 not 7 or 8 the only issue i had was that the charging port thingy had to get replaced
How is battery life on SE iOS 12.1.4? Im still on iOS 12.0 and I start to experience battery draining a little faster and acting weird (like dropping from 50 to 28 in minutes using WhatsApp or Instagram). Should I update it to iOS 12.1.4?

for anyone debating which phone they should get, it’s all up to what size you want, there’re virtually the exact same, i have both, i got the se for $75 off ebay just as an ipod and it’s become my main phone, going from a 6s to an se, i really like it, it’s tiny but you get used to it really quick, watch tv on it is a bit annoying sometimes but it’s not that bad, they both feel the exact same to me it’s just the size difference

Swappa is a much better place for used iPhones than eBay. I purchased an iPhone 6s 128gb for $150 in mint condition it even came with the apple box and included accessories. I then took the 6s to Apple store and got the battery replaced by Apple for $29 last year. It pays to shop around

I definitely would miss 3D Touch... 3D touch is present in SO MANY parts of the system. I never used the shortcuts on the homescreen but I use it every days so many times on the keyboard (no the space bar option is NOT as good) and I also use it pretty often to "peak" in pictures on Twitter, WhatsApp or mails without the need to open them completely.
and on my 8 Plus I also used 3D Touch very often for the multitasking shortcut from the left to open multitasking or switching between the last 2 apps.
That's why I really hope the rumors of the 2019 iphones are not true in this point.
I bought both of them .I live in holland the 6s i bought secondhand for €180 ($200) and se i bought it also secondhand for €100 ($120).The se i use as backup
The price difference is much more noticeable in Australia. The iPhone SE used is around $180 AUD ($125 USD) and the iPhone 6s used is about $400 ($280 USD). The 6s Plus is even more expensive at about $450 ($315 USD). For that reason I would say that the iPhone SE is much better value as it’s the same internals but it’s significantly cheaper. Personally I prefer the SE (even if I don’t consider the price difference) as I prefer the design of the 5s and I find it much easier and more accurate to type on than the bigger phones.
Tony Darcy nope, I got my iPhone 6S in excellent condition last week for $290 AUD which is about $210 USD. It’s one hell of a deal. I’ve seen 6S pluses for about $350 AUD ($250 USD) and $450 ($325 USD) at the priciest. SE is still a great phone, not going to deny it, but I’d rather the 6S or 6S plus for only an extra $50-$100 for more features
Nice video, I have had both of these phones as my daily at some point. However, you forgot to mention that the SE does not have 3D Touch which I still use a lot on my 6S
I have a 6s and I'm completely satisfied with it. I don't plan to upgrade til 2021 as I just switched from Android to iOS and I'm leading it til I pay it off. I'll probably upgraded to the newest future iPhone in 2021.
I've had the SE for 6 months now and it's really good and great and I have nothing bad really to say about it and now I'm upgrading to a 6s wish me luck I'll pass down my wonderful SE to my brother
I remember when the first 1 megapixel camera came out. The pictures were jaw dropping. You could zoom in and in and in. Amazing results. At the time scientists had put together a 5 megapixel camera, but it had to be mounted on a special base unit because otherwise it picked vibrations in the earth.
Now we have cameras rated above 1 megapixel that produce rubbish images and cameras rated in the 10-20+ range and some them also produce dubious images. Somewhere, something has gone wrong.
iPhones - had one of all of them over the years (prior to this year). Settled on an SE. Dinky little thing. Everything I like about Apple, without the silliness (Face ID, huge screens my 10" span hands struggle with).
I'm gonna get an iPhone 6s in 4th grade and I'm 3rd grade plus 3 and a half days until school is over. So I'm so excited to get my first iphone!!!

i got the 6s 3months after release and it still works fast and i would recommend for ppl who want to save money by buying 6 not 7 or 8
the only issue i had was that the charging port thingy had to get replaced

for anyone debating which phone they should get, it’s all up to what size you want, there’re virtually the exact same, i have both, i got the se for $75 off ebay just as an ipod and it’s become my main phone, going from a 6s to an se, i really like it, it’s tiny but you get used to it really quick, watch tv on it is a bit annoying sometimes but it’s not that bad, they both feel the exact same to me it’s just the size difference

Currently an iPhone 5s, want to buy an iPhone 6s. In my country, I can buy an iPhone 6s 64GB with 2 year warranty for €289 ($330 including taxes) Seems like a good deal to me.
I prefer the 6s (my opinion) because i like a larger phone you see i don't have large hands its just when i type its just too small. And 6s is better watching videos because its bigger.
Swappa is a much better place for used iPhones than eBay. I purchased an iPhone 6s 128gb for $150 in mint condition it even came with the apple box and included accessories. I then took the 6s to Apple store and got the battery replaced by Apple for $29 last year. It pays to shop around
