aw man you poor thing getting glutened is such a horrible feeling! i get a severe headache/ slightly slurry or stuttering speech (like i can't find words well) within 30-60min + im puking violently by the 90min mark, then get super bloated to where people have asked if i'm pregnant lol. i'm so glad that the glutening wasn't even worse for you! thanks for sharing your experience in a humorous way

OH MY GOODNESS HONEY! I broke out in tears for you, my symptoms are just as bad as yours topped off by constipation that can last a minimum of 2 weeks! And I totally relate to the brain fog 🥲 when I had a one month gluten free challenge I felt amazing but then I went back to gluten for 6 months because the hospital was incompetent, it was the worst most depressing time of my life! I couldn’t eat, sleep, think or even have the energy to get out of bed!.
You can get through this ❤ I believe in you it is so tough! I’ve only been diagnosed for 5 months now and the past 3 months have been the greatest! ❤❤❤

For me being glutened is the worst type of experience that I could experience in my earthly life and I am happy ro see that all of us are going to the same traumas/pain.

Oh wow, I really empathised with your panic when you first found out! I accidentally glutened myself at work about an hour before I had to deliver a training session, and ended up in the bathroom almost crying out of panic. I actually ended up making myself throw up, which did end up helping somewhat, I think?? My symptoms definitely weren't as bad as they normally were, mainly just a lot of fog, nausea, headaches and joint pain :(

Thank you for going through all of the steps and symptoms with us! I had accidentally eaten some teriyaki sauce that I used to eat all the time and just started gf about 2 months ago. I didn't feel sick until the second night and was worried I'd given myself a touch of food poisoning from a different meal (didnt throw up but had a lot of stomach pain like usual with gluten). I didn't realize even a small amount of contamination could affect me like that and for so long! Dang this diet is hard sometimes. Don't be too down on yourself and I won't be either but I've learned my lesson! Thankfully it wasn't too bad. Anyways appreciate the videos!

I was gluten free when I worked it out, went to a dr and she said for 6 weeks eat 5 slices of bread… 1 day and I couldn’t do it, didn’t have much gluten either… run to the loo is my start, with severe bloating and mine is like air rushing out not burping yes end up farting allot, migraines yes with watery eye it feels like my brain is swelling and achy joints especially hips, your rash, I get like blisters, it’s not like acne but dry scaly bits I peel off along my cheeks (can be from being around gluten not eating too) mainly but also in my ears and neck mainly, brain fog omg sooo bad but I also get the severe depression and anxiety….
Right now I am just over 2 weeks on gluten, as it turns out to do the biopsy they need a gluten diet still… I have the genetic markers too… extreme pain and torture…. I will tell you what I found, anyone having to do this torture gluten challenge, go for sour dough bread and eat fermented foods, it’s better than just gluten.
I also noticed it effects teeth, nails and hair, eyes dry out too oh and I bruise easily on gluten… no energy sux

I did happened to hone in on your video I've seen some of them before. As a long time diagnosed individual with Celiac Spruce, I also must say somewhat not strict in compliance over the years and I'm 73 now. Fortunately in my case endoscopic examination biopsy reveal no damage to the small intestines but just some enzyme changes in blood test. However as you know each individual manifest symptoms from gluten and cross contaminated. But here's how I want to help you take your struggle and agony from a physical failure like inattentionally not being scrutinizing and eating gluten from a pie after being diagnosed for so many years walking in faithfulness to a spiritual precept. What I mean is that most of the world wants you to do good works to make themselves feel good and when they stumble in good works they feel bad like they're doomed. Now here I'm talking about a spiritual precept of salvation through works compared to salvation through faith and grace in Jesus Christ Lord and savior. I don't know what your spiritual beliefs are presently or your spiritual religious background is. But if it reflects what many people even in the church feel when they fail against God. So take your fleshly earthly physical experience as a valuable teacher to help you reflect on your soul if it's not in Christ. If you've fallen away from the faith come on back to Jesus and ask him to heal you forgive you and get you back on track both physically and spiritually and he will. I'm watching a lot of younger teachers on you tube even are specialists and nutritionists and their self teaching people with diagnosis like yourself. And I can't help but again compare the contamination in gluten world with the physical material world that we live in that's full of sin and corruption no matter where we go: TV media, videos, books, social circles, government and yes even religion institutions that teach false doctrines. So as you desire to be more judicious an obedient to restriction is included to keep your health do the same for your spiritual soul to keep from being contaminated by the things of this world which are insidious and effect as slowly sometimes depending on your conscience in your background. Also we're not held accountable for what we're not aware of. That's one teaching both in spirituality and physically but there are consequences that we will see apparently. And that should be our teacher to get back on track and fly to good fight of faith. Now I haven't watched all your videos but from my experience over the years with silly act and treatment you as you know supplementation is really important because of gluten causing malabsorption issues in some people's small intestines. Multiple vitamins supplements, herbs, and especially condiments like Ginger, tumeric and peppernei reduce some flammatory changes in the body. You seem to be about my daughter's age but fortunately she did not inherit celiac sensitivities. Hopefully her baby boy has not either. Best regards in Christ and included gluten surveillance. And thanks for sharing your experience which might be common to many with Gluten sensitivities and disease. 😃

I want to know if anyone has has this strange symptom as I have never mat another coeliac that has this symptom. The strangest of my symptoms Is just as I'm about to fall asleep I will get an electric shock feeling in my core /chest that will wake me up. This will happen over and over again up to 20 times a night as I'm falling asleep. This can go on for days until I'm gluten free again. I also shiver like crazy from my core when I get glutenised. I also feel like I get cold shivers. My whole body feels like it's buzzing sometimes . I also have muscle twitching and spasms and neuropathy. I feel like I have the flu.😂 I get the most horrendous fatigue and my mouth gets so dry even if I'm not thirsty. Can not be motivated to do anything. Mentally I can get anxious and depressed and also quickly irritated. Which is so unlike me as I am usually the most patient person. I have found the fastest way to normalise my body after getting glutened. Is to fast on water for days. Or the nightmare can go on for weeks and yes the brain fog that's always fun! Hate having this 😢

Had a very scary anaphylactic reaction where my throat nearly closed off, plugged ears, hoarse cough, plugged nose, rash on my arms and neck. Scary. I now have epipens in case I get this scary reaction again and was put on pregnasone for 3 days. And I just ate a piece of GF ice cream cake from DQ for Father’s Day.
