It happens they are human, not robots like pop stars. This is pure and raw performance power. Sometimes you get lost in the magic as your making it, and mistakes are made.

It's embroidered on the lower left side of their shirt. Although if this was recorded in 2015, most of these ghouls have probably been fired from the band by now after they tried to take Tobias/Papa/Cardinal to court. I'm not superfan enough to know more in-depth than that.
@@Valaran1 only the ones that partook in the lawsuit. Omega left by his own and some ghouls are still with him since oppus, not necessarily always the ones on tours but the people in studio. Aka the drummer for some oppus played on 7 inches & impera
