- today, we had a bus of about 30 people who had never heard of colaz smith tv before, never watched a video. they came with one person who watched and loved the channel. this group was tough to deal with because they didn't want to be on camera, they wanted what we couldn't offer, they complained about the beach not having white sand, etc. however, when the food was ready, the taste changed their minds.
Those people that choose to stay in the Bus because it's not "white Sand Beach"
Why Climber have to be walking so far to the Bus to serve them???
Please People be real, don't

Omg I was thinking the same thing😮😮they were not liking the first part then some missed the dumplings and I believe @Canta Spearfishing gave the lady his dumpling which was a very kind gesture. I think you protest too much, it's a relaxed informal atmosphere and ppl r relaxing. I'm sure they show their appreciation by the smiles on their faces, full belly and good times they're having. Miss Little Hot Kitchen has been one of my favorites from the beginning I thought she was an Aunt to one of them. I have seen Colaz mom so I knew she wasn't his mom. But when she came to help him when he was making plates for homeless people and she fried that Chicken she won my heart. So glad she has her channel. And the way Kunta is with him mom so touching.
Colaz is the best raw authentic nature cooking chanel, with the most picturesque view always.

I finally finished watching the video Colaz Smith TV and I must say you handled it extremely well. It is the first time watching and people don't know you and started off with negativity. But my momma would say the way to a man's heart is through his belly.
Even though they had a little uncertainty you still remained calm cooked your food served them and won them over.
And at the end the way you go check on your guest personally just warms my heart. You have taught your team the importance of great hospitality and that is a plus for me.
I am trying to get my crew together to come visit.
One thing is....I know people have the beach but maybe set up volleyball tent to give them something to do while waiting.
I also love how you use the dumplings as what we call in USA as an appetizer. And it lets people know that something good and more is to come.

What are they complaining about look at the beautiful sea God's creation its freezing Kin England right now, I would love to be in my beautiful Jamaica with its sunshine and eating food cooked on wood fire thats the most wonderful foods in the whole world. Love the Rawness of the Countryside and the Cooking outdoors. Feels more like an adventure than that of eating at a luxury Resort. Also the food is more Authentic Jamaican food. The gloves are nice.get them for the team. Announce when the food is ready and let them come get their plates rather than serve them,you've done all the work. This was a very Smart idea Colaz ,can't wait for the Airbnb, it seems & feels more like a Family Reunion. Wicked Mon. Colaz... i think you have a good idea by now how long it will take for food be ready. I think you should consider giving your guess a time to check in to make sure they all get fed. That way the responsibility is on them. Not fair for you guys to be walking all over the place to look for where them hiding out.

Watching the channel and so glad to see you use the 🧤 gloves living in the USA when you cook for any one you must use the gloves. In our country you all are considered food handlers and sanitizing is a must.
Not criticizing because i know you all are still learning. And I am enjoying watching you grow in the channel and in life.
A few items I think you need to help your preparation a little easier is............
Tongs to turn fry chicken/dumpling...
A food chopper to cut natural seasoning..
Stainless steel strainer to get chicken out of grease....
To save money invest in stainless steel food service pans with lids.....
And a dolly to pack heavy items to be able to roll/pull......
Ladle to dip soup from pot so no one gets burned.....
Plastic bowls/lids to store natural seasoning.....
You are gonna continue to expand and you need to have materials to make job easier.

It is not a MUST to use gloves in the USA or anywhere. If you have taken any food handlers course, you would know that direct touching of food is allowed, once hands are clean and you're only touching THAT one thing! Truth be told, gloves transfers/carries more germs than anything else, because people tend to use the ONE set of gloves to do EVERYTHING. Also, the experience this team is giving, is RAW cultural cooking experience. It's not about making things easy, for them, it's giving the experience.
