I'm getting back into my fly fishing (hence watching your videos) and am really enjoying them. My local river is becoming better than ever for Grayling since otter had a lot of the chub. Just an observation BUT there are still both species in it. Well done for braving the cold, IB's hands looked frozen.

Thanks Guys. Loved it! If you really want to compare techniques you could do an hour or two each swapping kit after each hour and fishing the same spots. That could be a pure test of the styles of fishing.
Hi! It would really be interesting a video on which nymph methodology is better to use according to the kind of river. For example: when fishing a fast running white wayer mountain stream, would it be better to use an indicator or a french nymphing technique?

FYI, I never buy a ball cap with a plastic adjuster. In my fifties, I discovered that the plastic dries out, in storage. Every stored cap with a plastic adjuster went to the trash. All the other caps are still good. When you reorder, consider that.
Hi Guys, question for Andy, whats your general set up rod n reel wise for your indicator fishing? because im struggling between a 10ft and an 8ft 6" at the moment lol cant decide.
I the 2/4 is the click reel so definitely don't get that one! I think you'll find on a longer rod the 5/6 will balance it better, it does in my 10'6" 3# surge. I think there should be a link in the description to a few places which sell them 👍

I don't know if that's down to particular plastics bud, I've got 10 year old caps with plastic snaps which are still going strong 👍👍

I use a 10' 4# mark, I like the extra drift control from the longer rod 👍

Should have kept the brown, the brown trout will eventually take over the grayling..in Michigan USA the brown trout have made the grayling extinct..
Browns and grayling have lived together in these rivers since the last ice age bud, I think they're doing OK 👍
