Every time I am craving for eggs my team gets me to travel. Or perhaps whenever I travel my craving for eggs are high.
In either case this week's episode is the ultimate heaven for egg lovers. I am at Raju Omlet Centre and what a discovery it has been. Back in 2010, I discovered this place and when we were thinking of coming to Baroda this was the 1st place that was on the list. Such is the taste and the legacy of the place.
I hope you can feel the flavours as I indulge in a few of the many egg dishes. And next time when you are in Baroda you have to visit Raju Omlet Centre.

Kunal sir, we like your videos for sure. This type of high calorie food probably does not suit today’s generation where 90% of them are stuck all day in chairs and sofas. This food may work 20-30 years back when technology was limited and everyone was on their feet 24/7. Cheers!

This can be tried once in a lifetime. The amount of butter is really scary.

Hi Kunal, Around 3 years back, Raju omlet had opened its outlet in Dombivli, but it couldn't sustain over here and got closed. I had also visited that outlet couple of times, but taste was not up to the mark. I hope the original one from Baroda is good.

कुणाल भाई, वैसे तो राजू भाई के ऑम्लेट के लिये दो चार एपिसोड बनते हि है. मुझे हमेशा ताजुब होता है के गुजरात में जहाँ नॉन व्हेज खाना परहेज है वही नॉन व्हेज कि सबसे ज्यादा हॉटेल और ढेंरो डिशेस मिलती है. पता नही के यहा के लोग नॉन व्हेज खाने के इतने बडे माहीर खानेवाले कैसे है. हमलोग जब भी कभी गुजरातमें ऑफिसके कामसे जाते है तो नॉन व्हेज खानेसे डरते है के कही बॉस बुरा ना मान जाये. लेकिन एक बात माननी होगी के किसी और प्रांत से ज्यादा नॉन व्हेज डिशेस यहा खाने को मिलती है. राजू भाई के यहा हमलोग कई बार गये हुए है और यकिन मानिये बेहद हि अच्छा खाना खाया है.

में वडोदरा से हु राजू आमलेट पे 90% गुजराती लोग आते हे जिनके घर बनता नही नॉनवेज या एंड जो रेगुलर खाते हे वो माजी सैनिक के यह जानाज्यादा पसंद करते हे क्योंकि राजू दे ठोक चीस और बटर डालता हे

You can alo try Yaadgar omlette or Maji Sainik omlette centre. They have more varieties and better taste IMO.

These are ok. However the best dish was made by someone called sai omelette. He had a cart on old padra road Vadodara and I was eating regularly there around 22 yeas ago. I don’t know if he is still around but the boiled egg butter tikha that he made was the best egg dish I’ve tasted and I’ve tasted quite a few in Vadodara from different places.
