Yeah no way we're going with no boots. In fact the white speed boots are best. You can get away when vulnerable and quickly come back to heal and then leave again back and forth even when in low health which also helps baiting the enemies. It's crucial.

one thing i would like to say that its not a bad idea to run scorch against matchup u know u will outscale the enemy botlane ( example: janna ezreal) even against tanks/engage supp to try match them on lane becouse again, there is a point that sona would outsscaled againts engage supp ( except blitz i guess) but its a preference ^^
Do you ever build anti-heal, or would you recommend it in lower elo games when none of the damage carries are building it? Obviously as Sona, my main job should be healing and shielding, and spending 800 gold on an oblivion orb instead of my support items would hinder that.

Is it trolling to forgo a tear on Sona? I don't main her, but I enjoy her, and the last time around found success going Moonstone, Staff/Ardent, Dawncore. Instead of having a huge mana pool I built for huge mana regen which the Dawncore turns into AP and Heal/Shield power. I found that her AP scalings aren't the highest and her meta build doesn't care for those stats as much.
I have been going dawncore instead of flowing water cuz i find 30ap abit mehh just wish we had the old shurelia so we could only give ms everytime we heal/shield and have the ms active😔
W>E>Q. If you win the poking game in lane you give 2 points q and then max w and e. W power chord is the most important, E power chord to chase and kite, Q power chord for turrets or if you know you won't get punished (hooked, heavily traded etc)

I just hit D4 for the first time playing Sona, Milio, Janna, and Nami! How do you feel about Milio as a fellow enchanter main? He feels so safe and provides a lot of free value similar to sona imo
i like millio, he is safe and rlly strong. but some games it feels like u have less influence in the game compared to most enchanters since your abilities are mainly to buff rather than dmg/ setup

Yeah unfortunately moonstone is legitimately garbage on sona and always has been. You are winning in spite of building moonstone, not because of it. It has always been 3-5% winrate drop to build that garbage.
I saw you attacking a turret without the Q passive active (both her passive and her Q passive, which is a lot of lost dmg to the turret so more time to destroy it) and then saying that Sona is not strong in early when she can destroy the enemy botlane if you are a little aggressive. Im not gonna see more of this video bc pretty sure it will not be much of a help
playing sona to roam isnt her strong suit in my opinion. she can get caught out very easily alone with little to no peel options. id stick to laning and grouping forcing team fights when you have scaled
Bring back Athene's unholy grail, or at least fix echoes of helia, getting 1 shard per ability / damage auto does not feel all that great, should be 1 shapred per enemy damaged.
