@@OpTiclightningactually in positive true counts of +2 you stay and true count of -2 you hit. So I unno what perfect strategy you are talking about. If you mean BASIC strategy. Yes 12 v 2 and 3 is usually a hit. But if ur counting which is actually is close to perfect.
It’s called the fabulous 17. There are 17 variations of certain hands vs dealers up card that will give u an extra 1.7% edge over the house.

You can only win if you bet a small amount when you have less chance of winning and larger amount when you have a better chance..How do you determine when to bet more...The more face cards and aces in the deck the better chance of wining Watch the 4-5 and 6 cards if they come out early increase your bet Dana plays a good game be he does not really watch the cards
