You are lucky to have sponsors to help bankroll you with gambling. Clearly you don't count cards and make bad decisions at the blackjack table. Having said that if given the same bankroll I would be backed off in less than an hour and I still have no sponsors.

Soft 17, dealer only stops on a hard 17, so let’s say she drew a 9, she would be at 16, and if she drew anything 5 or lower (other than another A to put her at 17) she would push or beat him since he only has 18. Hope this helps.
It says on the table "dealer must hit on soft 17". Some tables may have the dealer stand on soft 17. It just depends where you are. If the rule is to hit on soft 17, the game is slightly over 0.2% higher house edge over games that have the dealer stand on it.
