Rough shoe at one point you lost 14 bets in a row. The odds of losing 10 in a row is about 500-1 you need to recognize a shoe like you just had and the sequence of the cards coming out to you are all one high and one low. Gotta learn to deviate away from basic strategy when you run into a shoe line this or just stop playing after losing 10 hands in a row. Also you doubled A2 vs 4 for $300 that’s not a double A2 only double vs 5 or 6. Love your videos I hope this helps.
not that it matters on your end, but the Venetian palazzo has no private gaming, people can still walk in and out of your reserved room. If anybody asks us if we have private gaming the answer is always no because gaming will fine us for that. Gaming does walk-through casinos asking as well.
I have to say you’re destroying your odds for the long term by tipping the dealer so much. Game like Blackjack the odds is about 0.50 - 0.70% edge to the house, I think you’re making it about 8-13% edge to the house. Here is an example - think about blackjack that every time you lose, you’re losing 100% of your bet, and when you win you’re winning 70% of your bet, have you still play it? I don’t think so. Don’t get me wrong, tip the dealer but not every second hand, you can tip when you win a big one or end of the game Pleasure watching you play like always ❤️👍
I appreciate the advice. The tipping is something I do on and off the tables. It makes me feel less guilty about the lucrative money I've made in my career.
@@DudeLuck23 Rule No. 1 of the MIT Blackjack team was, "Thou shall not tip!". It makes sense, tipping does nothing to increase your chance of winning, and you're tipping on losing hands half the time!

You can hear them talk about this sidebet throughout the video. This sidebet has no impact and interaction with the main blackjack play for the hand, and doesn't change your decisions for hitting, standing etc. Third, he places a green chip in front of his main bet. This is a portion of the bet that is placed "for the dealer", as a creative way of tipping them. Should the hand win, it is paid as normal, 2:1 on a win and a bonus on blackjack, but the winnings go to the dealer as a tip. If you watch the hand again and follow along, you can see this in action. As for what happens during play, the dealer has an Ace upcard. When this happens, the dealer offers Insurance to the players, which allows players the opportunity to place a separate bet which will pay out if the dealer has blackjack. He opts not to bet Insurance, and you can see the dealer moving his downcard to a slot. This slot has a recessed mirror which allows the dealer to see if the downcard is a 10, which would result in an immediate loss for the players. The dealer says he's "bluffing", which is non a specific Blackjack term itself, but just a fun way of confirming that the downcard is not a 10, and the hand can continue as normal.
