- When Walt Disney and his brother Roy passed away, they left a proverbial empire behind: the Walt Disney Company. Many would rise to power in their absence, only to eventually leave the throne behind. This is their story.
Episode 1: We follow Roy E. Disney, son of Roy Sr., and Ron Miller, son-in-law of Walt, as they fight for their differing visions for the company. As the company fades from relevancy and profits falter, Roy Jr. must turn to a man outside of the company for help, before the Magic Kingdom crumbles to dust.

I miss the Eisner years. The beginning years of his Disney career.
I like how some of the Disney Documtarians of today, many who came of age in the Eisner era had a love hate relationship wirh his legacy but came to appreciate his efforts as time goes on.
I just seem to recall at the time how Roy really wanted Eisner gone as a kid
Many people will say that the Wells/Eisner era was the best.
It’s crazy how little we know about the Disney Company from 1967 to 1984, especially since it wasn’t well documented
When it ended I immediately started searching for episode 2 but then I realized this was uploaded only hours ago! 😭 I already know what happens next, but the way you executed this was simply amazing and has me wanting more. You’ve earned a new sub and I’m looking forward to the next episode 🙌🏽🔥

This was a great video, you told me so many things that I didn’t know about the Disney family. It was sad to hear about the brothers feuding, I always thought they were best friends.
Also learned about the Bass family helping get one of the best CEO’s outside of Walt.
I live in Texas and my brother has met Ed Bass. Nice family.

It was Me, I went Back in time and changed history, Oh, What it was just a Dream, well it was a nice Dream. It was Diane Disney Miller who gave us The Disney Family Museum To learn "What Would Walt Do?" Go there. Roy did look more like his Uncle than his Dad. So Splash And The Disney Channel a Premium Channel for kids came from Ron Miller.
When does the next episode come out?
