I like how some of the Disney Documtarians of today, many who came of age in the Eisner era had a love hate relationship wirh his legacy but came to appreciate his efforts as time goes on. I just seem to recall at the time how Roy really wanted Eisner gone as a kid Many people will say that the Wells/Eisner era was the best.
When it ended I immediately started searching for episode 2 but then I realized this was uploaded only hours ago! 😭 I already know what happens next, but the way you executed this was simply amazing and has me wanting more. You’ve earned a new sub and I’m looking forward to the next episode 🙌🏽🔥
Good stuff man, I really enjoyed the video, very detailed and high quality all the way thru. Reflects the time you put in. Looking forward to future videos.
Nice video... FUN FACT: Disneyland was built on the site of former Orange Groves in Orange County, CA. Disney World is also located in Orange County (Florida), and EuroDisney is surrounded by orange groves (at least when I was their on inaguration (1992). Not sure about the other parks. What's with the oranges though???
You did a great job with video. Great research, well written & interesting narrative, all around great work. I'm definitely gonna keep up with this series.
This was a great video, you told me so many things that I didn’t know about the Disney family. It was sad to hear about the brothers feuding, I always thought they were best friends. Also learned about the Bass family helping get one of the best CEO’s outside of Walt. I live in Texas and my brother has met Ed Bass. Nice family. Great Job! 😀
It was Me, I went Back in time and changed history, Oh, What it was just a Dream, well it was a nice Dream. It was Diane Disney Miller who gave us The Disney Family Museum To learn "What Would Walt Do?" Go there. Roy did look more like his Uncle than his Dad. So Splash And The Disney Channel a Premium Channel for kids came from Ron Miller.
The series audio is already all recorded, and I’m working on assembling the second episode now - so hopefully very soon. I’ll make a community post later today detailing the rough schedule. Thanks for watching!
As a dad to a beautiful little girl, it truly pains me to hear Diane state that the best thing she did for her dad was marry Ron Miller 😢 That's so heartbreaking when you really think about it. Anyway, great mini-doc. I'd love to hear more about the Behind the scenes of Disney!
Episode 2 out now! ruclips.net/video/Z8GX5K_KqeM/видео.htmlsi=qLEerZEA_ZsNeEhB
I miss the Eisner years. The beginning years of his Disney career.

Truly the last time before Disney became completely hell bent on short term profit
Great video essay! Can’t wait for part 2
It’s crazy how little we know about the Disney Company from 1967 to 1984, especially since it wasn’t well documented
This is crazy high quality
Thank you so much!

I fully expect this to have 1 million views someday.
I’d say 6 months. That being March 2025. Let’s see how well this ages?
@@Gamertrix117 I feel like we are investing in something big here.
I'd say when all parts are out and he publishes all chapters as one video, then it will blow up (same thing happened with the celebration vid)
Well we can all agree that Walt was spot on about Ron 👏
slllayyyy!
I suppose more episodes are forthcoming?
Episode 2 is coming soon! Thanks for watching.
