I absolutely love the subtle nervousness she displays here. It's like coming face to face with the girl you've been crushing on forever only to see she's been crushing on you just as hard, and that vulnerability makes you love her even more.
I would really like to see a whole production with her in the role of Juliet. She really captures the emotion of the scene, and makes me have feelings too. Been addicted to Shakespeare since I was a kid, and this is the best Juliet I've ever seen. More please.
Thou know'st the mask of night is on my face, Else would a maiden blush bepaint my cheek For that which thou hast heard me speak to-night Fain would I dwell on form, fain, fain deny What I have spoke: but farewell compliment! Dost thou love me? I know thou wilt say 'Ay,' And I will take thy word: yet if thou swear'st, Thou mayst prove false; at lovers' perjuries Then say, Jove laughs. O gentle Romeo, If thou dost love, pronounce it faithfully: Or if thou think'st I am too quickly won, I'll frown and be perverse an say thee nay, So thou wilt woo; but else, not for the world. In truth, fair Montague, I am too fond, And therefore thou mayst think my 'havior light: But trust me, gentleman, I'll prove more true Than those that have more cunning to be strange. I should have been more strange, I must confess, But that thou overheard'st, ere I was ware, My true love's passion: therefore pardon me, . And not impute this yielding to light love, Which the dark night hath so discovered.

This captures and conveys so many wonderful subtleties in the text. Acting this good is not mere play, but soul-work and visionary.

A girl this young puts in the most nuanced performance of any of the actresses on here.
Wonderful expressions , the non verbal style of communication even while talking was amazing to experience
Beautiful scottish Juliet. Beautiful.
Beautiful.

Beautifully done x
Beautifully natural
Whatever the content is really about, Shakespeare’s sentences always have the power to calm our souls.
Brilliant.
Great performance by a ravishing actress
These are sooooo cool
You know what? I prefer this bonnie Scottish lass as Juliet to Olivia Hussey.
[4 yrs later] OK, I'll take back only the part about Olivia Hussey.
@@hugh0221 LMAO I WAS ABOUT TO THROW HANDS AT THE OLIVIA HUSSEY PART
Sei bellissima sempre ✌💯🙏🇮🇹✌
I've never seen her. Am I in love? Surly.
Well done
Wunderbar
'...at lovers perjuries they say Jove laughs...'
And so she proved true.

yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
None of my friends like this, they call me a boring prude.
Nothing prudish here. Serious passion.
Wonder if this is how she wants to tell ah samh how she loves him
😁👏👏👏
She should have frowned and been perverse and said nay at least once. These two needed an extra day or two to get their timing down together.
Slow. Down. stop reading the text. learn its meaning and recite it as your own intention.
I thought the same.
Have you heard 13 year old girls talk when it comes to boys? This is downright measured.

A bit passionless
no sorry badly done
