    Damn what a perfect neighborhood for skating!! Just got a pair of PS Next Core 80s. Taken them out twice. First timer here. Can’t wait to master it & skate freely. Nice video.

    I bought these too, they look brutal! I hear molded my liner, super easy to do

      Oh nice! They actually only gave me a little bit of trouble on my left foot. One small blister but it's gone now! Think I'm just going to keep breaking them in without the oven but I hear heat molding works amazingly well.

    Hi! I got the PS NEXT 80 and after skating them for about 10 to 13 hours, I heat molded the boot and it truly changed the entire experience. Absolutely recommend it, but after skating on them for a bit. Would you suggest rockering them?

    • @SpookyBoots
      @SpookyBoots  3 года назад

      Hey that's awesome! Are you asking me if you should banana rocker then?

    • @gabrielariveramagallanes2695
      @gabrielariveramagallanes2695 3 года назад

      @@SpookyBoots I just realized that got excited and rambled! Yes, thus far I've only rotated the wheels, twice (had to drag stop a lot in my last session). But I guess my specific question is upon wheel use do you recommend just banana rocker or hi-lo rocket them? Over time? I might still not make a lot of sense D: Sorry!

    • @SpookyBoots
      @SpookyBoots  3 года назад

      No worries. I'm going to try my best to understand your question. when it comes to wheel rotation no matter what setup you are doing with your wheels I would recommend rotating after every 2 to 3 sessions. I wouldn't alternate between different rockering styles just to wear wheels down evenly. I would only alternate between rocker setups if that's what you feel like skating that day. I like banana on some days for a certain type of skating and flat on other days for flat skating.

      @@SpookyBoots I wanted to start with my first ever Powerslides and I’ve seen they have them in tri skates, 4x 80 and 90. I’m 1.78cm and 41EU in size. So I’d say 6.5/7 UK. I’m having a nightmare finding the right size too. As a teenager I’ve skated for years and now after a decade I want to get back into it. I’m wicked in ice skating so I’m not new. It’s hard to determine with which I should start. Was hoping you could give me some tips xx

    • @SpookyBoots
      @SpookyBoots  3 года назад +1

      That's awesome news I'm glad to hear you're getting back into it. I think the difference is between 80 and 90 are very minimal. I think if you're looking to do all kind of trail skating, urban skating, and even just pump the bowls at the skatepark for a little bit your going to enjoy 80mm

    Weird question but what size boot is this? I'm size 11 and 80mm wheels always seem to short of a wheel base, these look a lot better so wondered if it just looked like a hug wheelbase as your boot is smaller or if it's a nice long frame, thanks

      I think those frames will be a good fit for your foot size! Also they feel like they run true to size. If that helps. Just measure your foot and you should be fine!

      @@SpookyBoots yer I have the next 125 in white I think they are the 2018 model so I have had them a little while now and really like them, but 125 are big wheels and would love some 90mm for more jumps and generally just messing around on, 125s are great for speed and distance but you lose a little of the agility and stability so would love some smaller wheels, I know your used to aggressive skating so me saying 90mm is small probably sounds crazy to you but so used to 125 now I think 90 will be a massive difference
