DIY thermostat replacement . For OEM part number pause video at 01:20. Don’t forget to bleed the system, in my case was enough to run the engine for 20min with open expansion tank.
Also, check the coolant level and top it off if needed, I spilled about 0.3l of coolant during change.

The difficult part is bleeding the coolant. Might need to take it to a shop

what is the solution you spray on the black plastic parts to clean it?

I used two products, one is Koch Chemie Green star diluted in 1:5 ratio, second one is dressing for plastic CarPro Perl, diluted in 1:2 ratio.
