Very interesting to watch the outcomes. Great scenarios that you put together, with variety, too. Thank you for the walk through.

I wanted to try these but my environment doesn't suggest generative AI for flow building. Do you know how I can enable this feature? I am using a Generative-AI-enabled trailhead playground.

You cannot at this point. It is in closed pilot/beta phase. But good news, with Summer 24, it is going to be in open beta. The terms should be announced soon.

Hi @SalesforceBreak, I really enjoyed your video! I also watched your "New Salesforce Flow Features in Summer '24" video. I was wondering if you could demonstrate email token threading in a future video. I'm curious about how it works, whether it applies to all objects, and if it functions similarly to email-to-case. If you could create a video covering these aspects, that would be fantastic!

I will add this to my to-do list, but I am not sure I will get to it soon. Thanks for the comment, and thanks for watching.

Great explanation, how shall I try this in dev? Any possibilities to get a dev org with Einstein enabled?

If you are not a partner with Salesforce, you cannot try it yet. It is in closed beta. It will be in open beta soon (maybe within a month). I'd imagine it would come to partner demo/dev orgs then. If you want to try it as Salesforce customer in a prod, dev or sandbox org, you can join the open beta once it is announced as long as you have purchased at least one Einstein product. Salesforce should announce and clarify this all soon.

I can’t because it is not available other than closed beta. Salesforce should make an announcement soon for the open beta phase.
