amazing concept of a video actually. Never really though of something like this with the helicopters. Im a minute in and this going to be a great watch I bet. Edit: I was correct the piloting was actually so impressive I know how hard it is to manoeuvre one of these chopper. can't wait for the next video
Reminds me of when 10 years ago I actually saw real helicopter races... but they were kind of "put a fender hung to the baricentric hook into a barrel in the shortest time" and so on, so not much exciting to see for the generic public :) But a special guest was a rare Mil Mi-17, so I couldn't miss it!
Went back and watched the others in this series. Great job! Looking forward to new entries in this, Andrei. I'll add my request for the mission, if you could share. Yeah, I think it'd be simple to create, but if you don't mind posting, it'd save us from that task. Thanks!!
I would love more of these race videos. very fun and informative. Something definitely told me the Kamov had this in the bag. Especially after seeing the Apachi Pace itself to much. Great video and content as ever HIP.
Original and entertaining, really can't get mutch better than that. Although the ka50 won this one i think it's safe to say both choppers are amazing moduels and definitely super capable. Great work on the video! Keep 'Em rolling!
Wow I really enjoyed this. Kinda reminded me of an 80s style challenge tv show. You realise the skill needed when you try and fly these birds. I cant tell you how happy I was just to learn how to take off, fly around and get to grips with the trim. Now just need to learn how to land. Choppers are hard to slow down!!!
It's not the slowing down that's hard, it's the "not dropping like a ton of bricks" that's challenging. ;) Just keep your eyes on the vertical speed indicator and you'll be fine, though. Remember that once you get slow you need to add collective back a lot, otherwise you just drop. It's because you lose effective translational lift.
This was fantastic! I look forward to you getting guests in, Top Gear style. Would love to see someone like Casmo put the Apache through this course. Another idea would be to do a night version of this.
There is so much potential in this series. Can’t wait to see more and I hope it continues through the kiowa release. Love the videos, keep it up
Never seen a comparison so well performed for results that are meaningful. Thanks for the continued entertainment.
for a while i stopped checking in on ED’s website for news but this makes it a lot easier to keep track of all the new stuff! you guys are amazing!
I'm in love with the ka-50. Very nice to see that she took the lead!
Both are such fantastic DCS modules. Another fantastic episode of HIP Rotor Championship.
Definitely a good video idea! Pitting DCS modules against each other, it gives us, as the consumer, an idea of their capabilities!
These original content is a breath of fresh air on yt
Amazing, I really like how the Black Shark is the Apaches nemesis in DCS!

Such a nice series, I'm really looking forward for the next episode. Well flying!
A great way of comparing the two helicopters! First time I've seen anyone do this in DCS
Pretty neat idea! This is the first one I've seen. I'll go back and check out the previous head to head matchups. Very creative, Andrei.
Man this got me on edge. I was falling out of my seat at the end
The narration is very entertaining, well done!
That was a very cool video ! Love the concept !
nice race
I keep loving this channel more and more
Can't wait to see how much this grows with the community :)
Excellent Race complimented by EXCELLENT Commentary...WELL DONE and Immensely Entertaining!!

Love your doing the Helicopter trials again, even the crowd were transfixed, swear they didn't move a muscle throughout 🤣
They appear to have been transfixed by the flying skills of the pilots! 8)
Great and Hilarious Vid! I'm glad the KA50 didn't loose some rockets into the parking lot this time.
Went back and watched the others in this series. Great job! Looking forward to new entries in this, Andrei. I'll add my request for the mission, if you could share. Yeah, I think it'd be simple to create, but if you don't mind posting, it'd save us from that task. Thanks!!
Been a while since the last championship. Glad this series is back.
That's awesome ! A good variety to the "Standard" DCS videos like dogfights
Nice well played. That is some amazing flying holy macalianer
Great skill with both helicopters. Love to see more.
These comparisons are always good fun. I'll have to go back and watch the others in the series.
That TOI TOI toilet model totally killed me :D !
Some darned impressive flying here!
I'm impressed with the flying! Thanks!
This is actually pretty genius idea. It would be nice to see more videos like this.
Great idea , nice competition!!
You just gotta love the Apache
This is such an awesome series. You have to do more of this!!! 🙏🙏
Andrei, that looks like fun! I'll be waiting to see the next round.
Andrei, that was a very creative way to compare the two helicopters. I hope the next round has a few twists.
Quite a fun series Andrei and HIP crew!
What a logistical nightmare, shutting down Andersen AFB for the Comp, what a show!
Love uour vids! The only way i am up-to-date on DCS news.
the apache pilot really did nice job staying within the barrier.
This has reminded me how much practice I need in the Ka-50.
I don't think I've seen anyone doing air racing with helicopters in DCS before, nice idea Andre!
excited for the eventual race between the KA-50 and the chinook
Rotors have really become my go to aircraft in DCS, both the Black Shark and Apache
Apache is such a timeless beauty.
Woah this is cool, looking forward to any future vid with a similar concept!
I thought this video would be a relaxing one, instead it got me cheering until the end 🥳
Great vid. Rooting for the Apache in the next one
Real world testing is great to see over the hundreds of charts out there
That was fun! Can't wait for round two... 👌
That was really fun to watch
Great entertainment, i love that this channel is picking up steam, i think you are up to something here.
That was cool to watch. I so enjoyed it. Hope to see more.
Awesome series Andre
Dig the creative ways you guys find to play DCS. Still waiting on the next carrier command episode 😁
That looks super fun!
Interesting video. Amazing how you come up with all your ideas.
This was awesome, can’t wait to see more!
This is awesome! Looking forward to the next one... but I did not expect the Apache to be that much slower. George needs to ease up on the burgers!
Love this! Shows theres so many ways to play DCS
thank you for another well paced and informative video....
I would love more of these race videos. very fun and informative. Something definitely told me the Kamov had this in the bag. Especially after seeing the Apachi Pace itself to much. Great video and content as ever HIP.
Amazing video, thank you!
giving infomations on the Helo is very good and it feels like Watching Redbul Air Race
Original and entertaining, really can't get mutch better than that. Although the ka50 won this one i think it's safe to say both choppers are amazing moduels and definitely super capable. Great work on the video! Keep 'Em rolling!

This definitely makes me wanna get into helicopters in DCS.
Great idea. Was an enteraining watch!
What a brilliant series!
Cool concept, I'll watch that !!!
Awesome video! Thank you
both the Shark and the Apache are such beautiful machines, only one I think looks even more menacing is the Chinese Z10
Well this looks like a cool competition!
Really nice concept, different from the usual DCS content that youtube offer!
Almost there. Very exited about the f15
amazing video as always x3, i adore the black shark
Kind of funny video, also really great way to check the movility of different helis, great video looking forward for more alike
THIS is entertainment! Love it!
That was cool! Nice work!
Loving this championship!
This was fantastic! I look forward to you getting guests in, Top Gear style. Would love to see someone like Casmo put the Apache through this course. Another idea would be to do a night version of this.
Interesting how the black shark even with the increased work load got out faster
This is awesome. Looks challenging though
okay, this could be some kind of car test for DCS modules
An interesting way of flying inDCS you guys rock
Great video, I didn't think the black shark would be so much faster
Looking forwards to the next episode.
The skills on show here are well beyond my reach but with time I hope I can do something to a similar degree.
Nice! I will have to look for the Huey video, would be fun to see!
Very good idea, keep it coming!
New BS3 external model is 👌🏼 they did a great job
Not surprised with what I have seen Ka-50 do before.
Great channel, guys! Nice event =) Keep it up!
I have been thinking of getting the Ka-50 and now I really do
Thoroughly enjoyed

I wish we had more actual attack helicopters in DCS, like the Tiger
Cool idea, can't wait to see more
More like this please!
Would love to fly in this series, looks fun.
