Mozzarella, love that! I do not think those anglers have been to Johnsland, but they have been to Millhayes, two very luxurious and sought after venues both in Devon though!
Hi there, certainly as a lake exclusive it is at a premium price, however it has been designed for exactly that, to be a luxurious stay for both the angler and the whole family. It is very much a holiday destination for the angler wanting to target big carp whilst also enjoying time with the family.
I’ve never seen the appeal of this place! Lodges are nice but the lake is a completely boring bowl to me, give me a proper mature syndicate lake any day of the week
Thanks for your thoughts, but many wouldn't take their family for a weeks fishing holiday to a syndicate, this has been designed very much as a holiday as it is for fishing. We appreciate fishing is very much different for everyone though.
You are fishing for pellet fed fish and you use maggots and pop ups and wondering why you not catching much lol you need a 8mm pellet on a simple mono hair rig and a small bag of 4mm 6mm 8mm pellets you would have a fish a chuck id put money 💰 on it, you just realy over complicating things. Them places dont appeal to me at all give me a park lake or natural water enyday thats just a clay lined hole in a field with a hot tub and log cabbin 😂 you suppose to be fishing being outside in the natural environment 😂
