I’m so sad that they were surrendered because their owner became homeless. I’m sure the person is absolutely heartbroken 😢 I hope these girls and the babies get good homes ❤
People always say horrible things about those that surrender and animal, if you’re the trash that leaves a dog every other year because “you prefer puppies” then sure, that’s one thing but that’s not always the case. At 18 I had to surrender my 8yr pup after a full year of living on the street, kept seeing him get skinnier and skinnier, I was a mess when the day came, ended up getting an apartment two months later and went back for my pup. They wouldn’t give me any information on him whatsoever, not a day goes by I don’t think of my poor aging pup, and it always hurts. Just wish I knew what happened, I hope every day he got to live his final days with a good family, I’m in tears just typing this out. He’ll be in my heart forever.
These look like 2 beautiful dogs. She needed her sister to feel ok. Maybe the solution is that our government should help "our "homeless. Now dogs are homeless too. So happy they are safe n loved. Not easy getting 2 dogs adopted together. Needs special people. Good luck beautiful girls n puppies.❤

@noahkristoffersen6710 I was just thinking that. But at the same time, it's much more complicated to "home" and care of a human, especially a grown one
The best part about her sister being there is that it means her sister began lactating to help feed the puppies, it's a natural response in dogs and in cats
That happened with my momma and her daughter. Moosie had puppies and her mama Ibbylady helped her daughter Moosie feed her puppies, which was a really big help as Moosie had 10 babies to feed.

When I was 19 my creepy landlord broke into my house and robbed me and I became homeless that night. I was planning to move in with my Nana because creepy landlord accidentally let it slip that he had been going into my house while I was gone (he would see my driveway was empty). Nana wanted me to gtfo before she "had to go kill that man!" 😂😭 That very same night I found my Nana dead in her bedroom floor. I'm STILL (at 25) dealing with severe anxiety and PTSD because of all of this. I actually have a gorgeous German shepherd now that I'm training to be my service dog. I had 2 BEAUTIFUL calico cats named Sunflower and Cadie and rehoming them after losing my home, my sense of security, and most importantly, my Nana... was the icing on the really super fvcked up cake. I still feel guilty and miss them so bad, but they're with an elderly lady that was one of my mom's patients and are probably spoiled and too fat for their own good so I try to remind myself they're fine and happy. I cried last year when my husband gifted me a tortoise shell calico for my 25th birthday, her name is Calypso 🖤 (any time she scares me or does something troublesome he laughs and tells me "Happy Birthday!" 😂)
I adopted a baby PIT from a rescue shelter and his sister was adopted by another family . A week later I saw a post that his sister was returned . I instantly went back for her and have both of them and they are inseparable .❤
1000% agree! I get super aggravated over the general consensus of surrenders being that of neglect, abuse, or selfishness. IMO, its brave and selfless. WE praise humans for placing unwanted or unplanned babies up for adoption (as we should) so why do we degrade and criticize the same when it comes to pets? The alternative of being forced to keep either is devastating. it gives them the best possible shot at a good life.
Praying for the homeless owner. Im glad they didn't keep her on the streets with them. I know it must have been hard. God bless this man and the animals❤
I hope that the shelter lets the previous owner know that the girls are ok, loved, and healthy. They gave the dogs up because they loved them, not for the lack of love. Im sure it would give that person so much reliefe to know their dogs and puppies were ok.

I’m glad this mama, her sister and her babies are all warm, safe and happy.
To the owner who had to surrender them: you did a brave thing by choosing to give them up and I’m glad that you had their well-being in mind. I hope you’re ok and I hope you know your babies are ok too.
