Word. I used to bench vertical and it caused shoulder pain. As soon as I fixed the range of motion, no more shoulder issues.
That’s great to hear that you haven’t had any more shoulder issues.
Did the same for most of my life and now my shoulder is jacked up. Where was RUclips 30 years ago!
