- My student apartment tour in Gangnam Korea, Seoul. Otherwise known as Goshiwon or "box room". I'm staying here for 20 days before I move into my dorm at Yonsei! Cheap housing and very convenient.

Hello, for those of you asking about this specific Goshiwon, it is called Pinevill in Gangnam Yeoksam-dong. :) This building is female only.

I could live in a goshiwon if there is a window and someone explains to me how to shower without messing up.
Tee Jee some of them have a window but the rent is higher for those haha

I'm an Asian American so whenever I go back to the Asian country, I have to shower in the bathroom itself and the floor has a drain and everything. You're supposed to wear slippers and...yeah
I really hated the idea of a wet room before moving to Asia but then I really got used to it. If you wear slippers in the bathroom, it's really not a big deal.

I lived in a room smaller than this one (wo a bathroom) and had a small small window, and it was better than nothing but a bigger window sure could have helped

I’ve seen a few of these little dorms, but I like this one the most. I can see myself living here and being cozy

this one is actually better than alot of goshiwon i've seen so far bcs they have A WINDOW! most of goshiwon don't have window or they have it but it's soooo small. and the bathroom is right stick too close with the bed. this one have closet in between the bathroom and bed so it doesn't stressing me out like most of goshiwon. the size is also pretty good than others. something that tickle me is just the shower but since this place have a huge window, i think im fine.
you make the room looks super cozy bc of how tidy it is! oh and that got7 calendar is the bomb!!

Nice room, looks functional. For three years I lived in a room a bit tinier here in Mexico and I would have killed to have my own mini bathroom 😂 but I do think that that it may get annoying if it smells bad.
I would have to find space for a mini-fridge at least! Otherwise, it looks cozy, and the window is a nice bonus!

I guess these room price per month was quite expensive for those big window, maybe around 450.000 W and Up hehe 😀

Gimme a mini fridge and a kettle and I’d be more than happy to live there - I’d happily forgo a TV as I can watch movies etc on my iPad/laptop, so long as I have WiFi.
Its pretty decent as long as you don't stay the entire day in the room
