Hi PGCEi is not a teaching qualification. If you visit different universities website they mentioned this is an academic qualification. That is why most of the international school don’t accept pgcei. But still there is a chance to get the job with your experience if you have few years experience then you can do this pgcei and check your luck Regards

Thank you very much for your support, yes Msc and PhD fall in different immigration categories, but if you want to get into a school, you need the PGCE qualification. Even I lf you want to go to Canada, you still need some qualification. I would suggest that Canada is better than the UK because you can get the immigration based on your PhD and Msc. hi if you are on spouse visa so that is good for you. Apply assistant teacher job or learning support assistant job in any school. when you get some experiences then you can apply for teaching qualification and also you can get the job as teacher as well. Hi, Did you apply in Newcastle college or Newcastle University. Newcastle college does not allow admission for international students. You can try Newcastle University or Sunderland University. At the time of admission you should mention that you are an international student because the course is separate for national and international students. Regards

Hi I don't think so. If you have post graduation plus PGCE will help you. UAE ministry needs 3 years bachelor to give you teaching permission. There is less chances to get permission on only 2 years bachelor. If you are working in school so please get some advise from your HR as well. Hi, PGCE is a university degree, and you are eligible to teach in schools with it. QTS is teaching licences and you are also eligible to teach in schools but, there’s a few routes to get QTS. Yes, after MA education or Med you are eligible to get your QTS but, you need to ask from your university how you can get it because, you need to fulfil some other requirements e.g., 100 hours of teaching etc. I’m not sure but as far as my information is concerned, only UK nationals can get QTS. Hi All colleges in UAE offer iPGCE not PGCE If you are interested you can go UK or try from Sunderland university. They offer PGCE online but they give full time on campus degree which is acceptable in UAE. iPGCE will acceptable in UAE education ministry. Regards

Pgci help you when you already at 7 to 10 years experiences then schools can consider your application with Pgci and your subject degree. If you are new teacher or want to enter in this profession then you need to go full PGCE course. But you need a job in school to start this course because they will appoint a supervisor from your school for you and an external observer also access you. Hi, Yes this is a good idea to complete masters from the UK. But you mentioned 2 things in your message. One is MSc in physics and PGCE. My suggestion is that you complete the Pgce first and get the graduate visa. (PSW) and find the job. Then you can pursue your MSc in physics. Graduate visa (PSW) is allowed after PGCE for 2 years. Hi Yes, your qualification (PhD) is more than enough to get the job in UAE. if you have only post graduation then you need to get teaching qualification. You do not need any teaching qualification because you already have good experiences to teach in UK affiliated college. Still some schools can reject you because you do not have PGCE but I am pretty sure you can get the job on your PHD qualification. But I would not say no because this is very choice. you need to get admission in PGCE in UK universities and you should have a job as teacher because you must completed 100 hours teaching in this course with few observation. You should have a qualified teacher in your work place who will be your supervisor and he/she will inform your progress to the university(but this is not an issue any one can be your supervisor). I know there is a lot of demand for teachers in China but I can not guide you for job and professional progress in China because I do not have any experiences in China. Bed is not a requirement for teaching job. Mostly international school demand for PGCE. But you can apply may be they will accept you if they like your experiences.

Did you apply in Newcastle college or Newcastle University. Newcastle college does not allow admission for international students. You can try Newcastle University or Sunderland University. At the time of admission you should mention that you are an international student because the course is separate for national and international students.

I don't think so. If you have post graduation plus PGCE will help you.
UAE ministry needs 3 years bachelor to give you teaching permission.
There is less chances to get permission on only 2 years bachelor.

PGCE is a university degree, and you are eligible to teach in schools with it. QTS is teaching licences and you are also eligible to teach in schools but, there’s a few routes to get QTS. Yes, after MA education or Med you are eligible to get your QTS but, you need to ask from your university how you can get it because, you need to fulfil some other requirements e.g., 100 hours of teaching etc. I’m not sure but as far as my information is concerned, only UK nationals can get QTS. But you can still confirm from your university but, you are eligible for PGCE.

Yes brother that is why I concentrate on PGCE not any other qualification. Because this is most demandable and acceptable qualification in international school. CELTA certificate is a good for you but not for job. I believe you did master in English. yes you can get this qualification from your country. check Sunderland university and Derby university .

All colleges in UAE offer iPGCE not PGCE
If you are interested you can go UK or try from Sunderland university. They offer PGCE online but they give full time on campus degree which is acceptable in UAE. iPGCE will acceptable in UAE education ministry.

Pgci help you when you already at 7 to 10 years experiences then schools can consider your application with Pgci and your subject degree. If you are new teacher or want to enter in this profession then you need to go full PGCE course. But you need a job in school to start this course because they will appoint a supervisor from your school for you and an external observer also access you.

Yes this is a good idea to complete masters from the UK. But you mentioned 2 things in your message. One is MSc in physics and PGCE. My suggestion is that you complete the Pgce first and get the graduate visa. (PSW) and find the job. Then you can pursue your MSc in physics. Graduate visa (PSW) is allowed after PGCE for 2 years.

PR, Not you brother everyone go there for PR only. you need to complete your qualification and then you can get Graduate visa (PSW) for 2 years, if you get work permit then definitely you can get PR otherwise you need to work on other options.

Yes, your qualification (PhD) is more than enough to get the job in UAE. if you have only post graduation then you need to get teaching qualification. You do not need any teaching qualification because you already have good experiences to teach in UK affiliated college. Still some schools can reject you because you do not have PGCE but I am pretty sure you can get the job on your PHD qualification. If you want you can hide your LLB because it is not important for schools. Personal question, why you want to leave Muscat? @@deepsharma1855 first of all please do not mind after MBBS you are interested in school, I have to say you will look over qualified. But I would not say no because this is very choice.
you need to get admission in PGCE in UK universities and you should have a job as teacher because you must completed 100 hours teaching in this course with few observation. You should have a qualified teacher in your work place who will be your supervisor and he/she will inform your progress to the university(but this is not an issue any one can be your supervisor).
I know there is a lot of demand for teachers in China but I can not guide you for job and professional progress in China because I do not have any experiences in China. You should do your own research.
