Update ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഒന്നും നോക്കാതെ ചുമ്മാ ചാടി കയറി update ചെയ്യാതെ ഒന്ന്, രണ്ട് മാസം ഒന്ന് wait ചെയ്യുക. എന്നിട്ട് വന്ന update ൽ വല്ല issue വന്നിട്ട് ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് model വെച്ച് browse ചെയ്ത് നോക്കണം. Issues നമ്മുടെ model ന് വന്നിട്ട് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും update ചെയ്യാതെ ഇരിക്കുക. Wait ചെയ്താൽ അവർ തന്നെ clean ആയി പുതിയ update തരും. സൂക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദുഖിക്കേണ്ട. The response I received from your Customer service team on 01-09-2024 did not address my concerns adequately. The proposed solution offered Samsung Customer Support is that service and replace the display with chargeable basis due to exhaustion of warranty period doesn't resolve the underlying issue I have been facing because the mobile phone have no any physical damage or anything, I purchased the S22+ Model for 85000 rupees and one year extended warranty by spending another 5000 rupees, and mobile phone last only 2years and 4 months. I am very disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously and I hope you can intervene to provide a more suitable solution like replacing the mobile phone display for one time free of cost were Samsung india announced for some flagship models like S21 series and S22 ultra until 30 September 2024. I am writing to follow up on my initial letter 01-09-2024 Sunday regarding a unsatisfactory experience with my Samsung S22+ that the green lines appears on mobile phone display after a recent software update.
The response I received from your Customer service team on 01-09-2024 did not address my concerns adequately.
The proposed solution offered Samsung Customer Support is that service and replace the display with chargeable basis due to exhaustion of warranty period doesn't resolve the underlying issue I have been facing because the mobile phone have no any physical damage or anything, I purchased the S22+ Model for 85000 rupees and one year extended warranty by spending another 5000 rupees, and mobile phone last only 2years and 4 months.
I am very disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously and I hope you can intervene to provide a more suitable solution like replacing the mobile phone display for one time free of cost were Samsung india announced for some flagship models like S21 series and S22 ultra until 30 September 2024.
I have been a loyal Customer of your company, but my experience has fallen short of expectations. I hope you will take immediate action to address my concerns and restore my trust in your brand.
I look forward more satisfactory response this time
