That's my last activity left; farmers/flea markets. I can order other stuff online. I can get there; but the visit completely exhausts me. I feel you. Perhaps some people can form a "slow moving" flea market group including those in chairs and walkers. I know people who can't get out due to transportation or needing a few pushes and rests along the way. Perhaps we can car pool? (Not you and me specifically, but...groups of less than perfectly mobile people.) I like watching video footage of it as well.
Thank you Froggy for adding $3 extra bucks for the guy with the cooler stuff, including the Woody Woodpecker golf set. It's always nice to see you give what items are worth to the buyer. Never trying to low ball people like all the other resellers on youtube, that's why you are the best one here.
The elephant is a bank...you push down the trunk put your coin in the slot then you lift up the tail to deposit the coin.....i still have mine from when i was a child...
The Mr. Potato Head pieces are definitely from the 1950's. MPH was the first toy to be nationally advertised on TV, back in 1952. Yes they were made to be inserted in actual produce from the fridge, and we didn't put our eyes out!
I had to smile when I saw the 8mm movies. I have the "Frankenstein Must be Destroyed" and the "Battle in Outer Space" movies still to this day. When I was a kid, long before even the VHS days, this was the only way to watch a movie on demand. I had a few others, like "Curse of the Demon" and even a "Star Wars" (it was basically the just the scene of the first battle between the Falcon and the three TIE fighters, obviously not the whole movie). I also have some really old ones given to me by my Grandfather, and they go back to the 40s. He bought them brand new to show to the kids, but he used to show them to the grandkids when we came along. And eventually he gave them to me, and I still have them.
I'm getting some potato head pieces together to decorate little pumpkins with some of my grandbabies... should be fun, and a great memory! Thanks for letting us tag along!
Once again I'm so jealous of the amount and variety of flea markets, garage sales, estate sales and so on you guys have in the USA, lol ,plus some great finds Anthony, well done
The pure joy you exude finding a simple deck of cards bc of what it means to you is exactly why you’re the best at what you do. Thank you for another awesome video!
I really enjoy when froggy offers the extra cash. The response from the sellers, even tho it's minor. You can see the application in the faces. I have the same face when I see it.
Love cheap finds that end up being priceless. When I was a kid in the early 70s I had a elephant piggy bank that worked the same way. But it was made out of metal and more of a decoration piece then a toy.
@@FroggyFlips wanted to share with you that Tyler Mane(Michael Myers) will be at Ganadu Coins and Comic store tomorrow Aug 31st for in store signing from 12pm-5pm, its on southwest side in Greenwood
A lot of great pieces ! Probably one of your best hunting video so far 👍 Love the Madballs Bat, the Care Bears case and the Tomb Raider cards (wish I could have been there to pick them up ! lol) Thanks for sharing and for the kindness you show with every buyer or seller along your journey. It's very inspiring. Wish you all the best for your channel and whatever you've in mind for your next projects 😁 Take care ❤
"And what about this..." Mate, that's your new catchphrase lol Just had to get glasses at the ripe old age of 49. Basically rocking those Twinkling Eyes spectacles, haha
Your videos always remind me of the old moody blues line, “it’s true that time flies faster than eyes could ever see… you’re here today, no future fear, these days will last…. A thousand years‼️‼️‼️👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😉
Cool little haul..I like that you found something with Woody the Woodpecker! Also I’ve never seen those Tomb Raider collectible cards definitely intrigued by those.
The intro with the little kid voice and then the tongue thing always makes me laugh before the video has even started. That's good thinking, from a marketing standpoint.
Hello Froggy You are my absolute toy hunter god I love the things you buy. As I have written so often, I wish there were so many great things here in Germany. I hope for more and more videos from you. Best wishes from Oberhausen NRW Germany Thomas your greatest German Fan
Sweet haul! I have been digging the Madballs stuff watching your videos, will definitely have to keep my eye out! The Madballs bat was super cool looking!
Very cool stuff Froggy. I loved Kaybee Toys as a kid. My mom would take me for birthdays and holidays. With you on Showbiz Pizza. One of a kind venue. Thanks.
Man seeing all the antique toys makes me fascinated with the attention to detail they put on the toys of the time. Another solid video bud. The bat was awesome to learn about btw
Oh man, that news van stuff! I bought the camera from that off of eBay a while back. It was my favorite toy that was in my kindergarten classroom back in 1983!
I have the Frankenstein must be Destroyed 8mm movie, since the 80s maybe 70s. Stored away somewhere! I couldn't believe what i was seeing! Then you picked it up! 😊
I remember show biz pizza as a kid. I had a record of theirs I think was called roast beef sandwich and a pizza I think. Those are the words I recall anyway. Would love to have that again. Great find on the cards!
I had one of those Edison cap guns as a kid and loved it!! I started collect them again last year, but sold them all to fund another collection. There’s quite a few to collect .
Boy oh boy do those cards bring back memories. I always remember taking my boys to a pizza party place. But, it wasn't Chucky Cheese. The band were hillbilly animals. I could NEVER remember the name. Now I know! Thanks to Anthony!!😂
The art on the 8mm box for Frankenstein must be destroyed has a character on it that looks a lot like a toy from the 1970s, called “Hugo - man of a 1000 faces” …lol.
I like how everyone says they wish they had flea markets like you with all this good stuff, but I’ve seen stuff like this at ones I’ve too, I just never knew that there would be any value in any of this stuff, any I wouldn’t know how to properly get it ready to sell and then actually find the proper market to sell it in. It’s just that you have put in the time and the work and know the people and have the reputation and the store and that is what makes these items as valuable as they are. People never consider that though.
For the Redlines $40 for both is a great deal. Myself I would have bought them. The heavy weights are one of my favorite castings. Always love watching your videos. Very educational when I see you buying old toys 😎
oh man, old Cap Guns were my thing for a few years back in high school. I got a shit ton of them in a box, maybe like 50-75. I still display the few rare nice quality ones I've found. There can be some decent money in those.
It can definitely be fun! It flung so fast it kinda scared me as a kid lol Even knowing it was going to happen, it felt like a jack in the box type of fast scare lol
I watch just about all your shows ….I think that some people looking at this purchase would think you were crazy.. it reminded me of rick and morty interdimension show.
I'm in here!!! I admire the variety of things that you found at this flea market. I always enjoy finding Popeye and Bozo stuff. Fun content! Keep em coming! HP!
