- This is how i replaced the wiper blades on my wife's 2018 Seat Arona.
The blades i fitted were purchased on Amazon and made by the company Heyner, at half the cost of the dealer!
This would be the same for the Skoda Kamiq and the VW T-Cross as they share the same build platform.

Another way of doing the driver side windscreen wiper is to open the bonnet as I couldn't stop my wipers halfway across the screen as shown .Worked well and took me 5 minutes to change both.

The ones from Seat are an easy swap, but the generic ones are more of a faf with the adapters for various wiper arms. It’s fiddly and a bit frustrating but easily doable.
I see some of your vids are train related, i maintain the trains down in Plymouth.
That must be really interesting, is that the Hitachi 800 trains? Do you miss the old HST trains?
@@james9958 The 800’s are maintained by Hitachi themselves, i work for GWR maintaining the HST’s, Sleepers, 57’s and Cross Country Voyagers. Interesting stuff 👍

Very helpful. I came here after finding that I couldn't raise the wiper blades away from the windscreen on my new (used) Arona without fouling the bonnet. Was I just being stupid? No, its a feature of the vehicle AND you demonstrated the solution. Brilliant. Thank you!
