Hi Tracy. Will we be seeing you and your beautiful garden soon. I check every Sunday to see if you have posted and always sad that you do not have a video to watch. Hope you and your family are well and really hope to see your garden very soon. X
Goodmorning Tracy! wow your Hydrangeas absolutely looking amazing, We had a lot of rain too here and mine are all dropping. Thanks for a beautiful tour.
Your hydrangeas look amazing! Can you share what you feed them and how often? Also, what’s your favorite 4-5 panicle hydrangea for a hedge? I was thinking quick fire fab, but I tread that it gets really big.
The plant you call lava lamp, I think it is candelabra hydrangea because lava lamp flares only grow up to 2 - 3 feet in height. Both hydrangea sold by Bloom’n Easy.
Hi Tracy, I love watching your videos on RUclips, so I looked you up to see what zone you are in. I live east of you in Newcastle and I too love hydrangeas. How do you over winter your hydrangeas in pots and what fertilizer do you use, please? Thanks, Donna
Tracy, I really enjoyed the tour of your gorgeous back garden, everything is looking beautiful. We had a bad storm with large hail on the 4th of July and one of my newly planted hydrangeas had several broken limbs. I recut a couple of the small broken branches, took off the foliage (except for the top set of leaves), and planted them directly into one of my large shade planters. Of the two cuttings, one of them looks like it's putting on new growth... Yay! Thanks for telling me I could do that. ~! Margie🤗💐
Good morning. Beautiful gardens!! Are your hydrangeas in full sun? Do you fertilize? I’m in zone 6 and mine never seem to grow very rapidly. Maybe need more sun? Thx
I'm also in zone 6. I get jealous when I hear them say they are at full height after three or four years and mine seem shorter than when I planted. I do get flowers just super short.
Hi Tracy. Your garden is stunning as usual and for those hydrangeas at their peak is just magnificent. Thanks for the inspiration to grow more hydrangeas.
These look so beautiful, I love watching your videos! Do you leave your potted hydrangeas to winter outside? I’m thinking of doing some in pots but worry they might not make the winter season. Im about 45 min north of Toronto. Any advice would be much appreciated
Hi Tracy, I love your garden and videos, keep up the good work! I planted 6 Lava Lamp Flare hydrangeas last year and I do have a lot of cone shaped flower heads on the plants but very few open buds. I hope you can tell me what I’m doing wrong?
Hey Tracy, I hope everything ok. We miss you. I was laying on my bed and started thinking about your videos and saying to myself I haven’t seen any videos of yours. So I’m checking in on you.
Hi Tracy enjoyed your video. I have planted a Phantom hydrangea in my front yard for the first time I see some branches broken should I cut them. I have a Little quick fire in the pot do you think it will survive the winter it looks so pretty and turning pink. I live in Markham zone 5 can I leave it out do I have to do anything with it. This is the first time I have bought hydrangea. I did cut my baskets like you said and they are beautiful now thanks for the tip. As always love your videos. Thanks
@@TracysHomeGarden what type of planters do you use as nurseries here in Brampton say they don’t have any fir winterized plants and the plants won’t regrow!!
Everything looks lovely!! I have many of the same hydrangeas as you have shown. Like you, I am pretty much maxed out space wise, lol. I have a decently sized Fairfield double walled self watering planter which I would like to put a hydrangea in. It's in mostly shade, with a couple of hours of morning and afternoon sun. I had a Bobo in there, but based on it's floppiness in comparison to my full sun Bobo, it's obviously not getting enough sun and it's reaching. I'm in Ottawa. What hydrangea would you recommend? I have an Endless Summer crush, but not sure if a Zone 4 plant would pull through a harsh Winter. Any suggestions??
Hi, Yes, I have two that I trained into two standard tree form. They are in two large containers at the front garden. If you have yours in the ground - depending on the conditions and how hard you prune it back, it could get 4-5 ft wide and tall in 3 years.
I live in Alberta my Hydrangeas are not growing that fast and one actually died after 3 years. I did all as suggested regarding planting them. Any advice how to make them grow well and strong?
Hi Tracy, I hope all is well with you and your family, we really miss the videos of your beautiful garden! Hope see you soon!🙂
I miss your videos too Tracy! Hope all is well.

Just a lovely and relaxing hydrangea garden. I became hooked on panicles last year. This season I am starting my own hydrangea focused garden.

Great look at your garden!
I’m going to have to move my bobo’s! Yours look so big, much bigger than the tag indicates. Love your hydrangeas :)

Do your hydrangea not freeze in the pots over winter?
Can I plant hydrangeas in the fall or wait til spring?
Thanks so much
Tracy have you ever done a video on how to collect hydrangea seeds?

Hi Tracy. Wanted to know how you winterized your potted hydrangeas?
Hi 👋
I place all of the planters right up against the southwest wall of the house. 💚

Hi what fertilizers and soils are you using?
I only fertilize the roses, clematis and annuals. All the hydrangeas get is a shovel of compost around the base of each plant - every 2 years or so.

Do you have a Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea? How tall if so? I purchased one that was looking sad and I’m wondering how it will look in 3years.
