This beat (Drum) is like what Prince used back in the 80's. It's called a Linn Drum. It was famously used in many 80's tunes. It still sounds fresh on modern tracks. You cannot beat a good analog synth with excellent drum sounds.

Paloma Faith is a howling tone-deaf joke. Her look is all kooky and nothing to offer musically. Her muder of that INXS was vile, as bad as any Girls Skanks Aloud, Oasis, Spice Twats and the like have butchered and that IS bad! Sam Smith is just another X Factor nobody but he at least looks less packaged than the usual winners, even if his songs are typically as vapid as Pill Young. Lana Del Ray is indistinguishable from anything else, all angst for no reason, though the song it put in Maleficient was quite nice. Couldn't believe it was her, she was singing normally. But what's with the pretentious name when hers is as ordinary as her music. John Newman-who?
Jessie Ware is clearly above all these people in a world where music lurches from one pus-ridden dead zxone tpo the next. Only Blondfire, Ladyhawke and Haim, Green Children, Say Lulu, Emma Hewitt and Keane are worth anything these day, the best stuff was from the 80s, and still great the few times these artists are allowed to still make records in a sterile, defunct, plastic and vile "muisc" scene.
I'd LOVE to forget the holwing commoner. Art my arse, she's a howler and a shrieker who's afraid that if she sang in a norma voice, her songs would be unveiled for the dull pieces of moribund waffling about hurt relationships that ANYONE and EVERYONE can do. Just saying. Piece of art! If this art, so is a scrap heap!
