- So...I don't even know what to start with...The band being absolutely badass decided to knock the whole fanbase out during one last night of tour in Sacramento and debuted with 4 new songs from the up and coming album - Starcatcher.
I chose Farewell For Now as a first song of 4 to put here, I did as much as I could to remaster the tapes, to make it sound better and brighter, clean up the crowd noises and etc. The cover made with the help of AI as I did with Meeting The Master recently. Indigo Streak, The Falling Sky and Sacred The Thread are on the way! Stay tuned!
It was absolutely crazy morning for me to get all that stuff as a big slap in the face!
I want to give special thanks to Grace Hall and Jonny Davis for providing audio sources of new stuff, and I want to thank all the people in Sacramento who did great livestreams. It was a special night! See you soon!

Hearing this live was the best experience. Probably the greatest rock concert I’ve been too. They played 4 unreleased songs and they were all awesome. Can’t wait for the new album to release!!!
I've been to well over 100 concerts they are up the maybe top 30. But until you've seen AC/DC ... Aerosmith. Bob seger. Van Halen. Those shows were mind-blowing these guys are a great young band. I must admit
this young band is absolutely extraordinary and original, their way of playing rock is very exciting !!

@@logicali1134 hard to tell until we hear studio version. My favorite was indigo streak but meeting the master will be the first release. I dont think they suck and if its a matter of borrowing from led zeppelin they also borrow from a hundred other bands

Saw them in Seattle last August (2023). What blew me away after all my 50 years of concerts, Yep 3 times, every band you can imagine, and as a published songwriter with the discovery of the top 20 best Rock drummer alive (Matt Sorum), I've been backstage and lived a life of behind the scenes rock, but I have never seen 30,000 people EVER sing along, as in EVERYONE, in the whole venue. Back in OG times, we were wasted all the time, we celebrated our musicians in a stupor, happy but not connected like I saw GVF DO TO A SOLD OUT STADIUM. Everyone knew their songs, and the band played FOR US, not TO us. THEY PLAYED FOR US. THEY WENT OVER THE TOP TO GET US ALL IN THEIR MUSIC AND IT ...
WORKED. Greta Van Fleet, after seeing the best of the best, is THE BEST BAND I'VE SEEN, and they have top level albums with none of the band members over 25. For me, "YOU'RE THE ONE" is the best rock ballad I've heard. Tell me different.

Yes, I will say aside from The Hartford Healthcare Center performance, Josh’s live sound is super muffled compared to the instruments, and I can barely understand what he says when he speaks most of the time, they really need to refine their live PA systems or distribute it differently.
It worries me that they have included this Farewell on the album. I thought it was a Farewell to the BAGG era and had been written just for the last BAGG show.
Being on the album is so much more permanent or something - just gets me worrying a bit that they have planned to go their seperate ways at the end of the Starcatcher era 🥺
This is the last song of their new album - does it mean they will stop making music? My heart is broken 😢

This is existing. The only thing I have to say is Josh’s love vocal has to be much more clear. I’ve seen them live twice and the sound just wasn’t clear enough.
I think it’s the quality of the recording, Wait til the album comes out.
@@brianbowman8310 - Unfortunately that wasn’t my experience live. You’ve got to be able to sound clear live not just on the album. When I seen them it was only Josh that didn’t sound good I’m wondering if it was the sound man. In which case they need a new one.
@@jameshumphries5059 I had a great time at the concert but I think I agree with you. They have to dial in their sound live so all of it comes through as good as it sounds on recording. I’m sure they will figure out the vocals live
@@nateblakely4674 - I hope so. It’s just whether they are reading comments like this. They are such a great fans but unfortunately they have a lot of delusional fans who won’t tell them the truth. From my experience it was really only Josh’s vocals that wasn’t clear at all. In fact I couldn’t even hear him when he was speaking.
@@jameshumphries5059 Yeah I needed subtitles! Some songs it was totally fine, but others came through quite muddy. Idk I've been to other concerts like lumineers, coldplay, and outside lands that just have much clearer vocals.
This band will stand the test of time . . . they are unmatched talent in a world of so much lazy and low value music.
