Thank you for sharing this. I am also a believer in this lifestyle and am a ButcherFox subscriber. One of the benefits of this way of eating is that when you begin to add other foods back into your routine you get a true picture of things that can cause inflammation or that we may be allergic to so we know what to avoid. I truly enjoy your channel and the content you share.
You’re welcome & thank you for watching! That’s exciting to hear and yay for ButcherBox! 👏🏼 We love their meat so much. You’re right, that is another great benefit and as we move more into ketovore and add some different foods in, I am experiencing what you are referring to. I’m so glad you enjoy my content. I can’t thank you enough for your support! ☺️💞
I just get my meat at Costco or whole foods..was a subscriber to Butcher box but I'm also looking into WhiteOak pastures. They're on the east coast i believe. It's expensive to get meat out in the west coast from them though.
@@CHARLESSBRONSON That’s awesome! Costco and Sam’s Club are great for buying meat in bulk. We do that every so often and then use our food saver to portion out and freeze the meat. 😁
I’m 70 and have been carnivore for 3 years now. (Sometimes ketovore when I’m visiting others or have guests staying ). I’ve experienced less knee joint pain ( still working part time as an RN ), improved gum health, weight loss ( 30 lb) improvement in my ligament pain ( legs and ankles). I get comprehensive blood work done every year and my blood work shows healthy heart, healthy liver, no inflammation, no diabetes. My BP is like that of a 20 year old. I take no medications. I had a coronary artery calcium score done and it was zero. Looking forward to a healthy and fit old age where hopefully I won’t ever be a burden on my family. I only wish I had found and adopted this way of eating years and years ago.
Thank you so much for sharing this!! What amazing results! 👏🏻💪🏼 I love your heart to not want to be a burden on your family. I also love that you'll be able to continue to enjoy life into old age. That's a goal of mine as well. We do not have to get sicker and sicker as we age. It is very possible to be healthy all the way until our very last day, where we just walk right out of this world with Jesus and right on into the Kingdom of Heaven. Hallelujah! Thanks again for sharing & I'm cheering you on in your journey!
I am four months (almost) carnivore. Last week, I noticed all my cellulite was gone! I've had cellulite even when I was thin and fit! Now I'm old, fat and disabled from chronic inflammation (which is why I'm trying carnivore), but hey, I have smooth thighs! LOL
@@jeanetterios2905 It was weird. I just scratched an itch on my thigh when I had shorts on and saw there was no cellulite. I think it started disappearing a couple of months ago. There are lots of great videos on how to get started on carnivore. Watch Dr. Berry, Dr. Baker, Steak and Butter Gal and Kelly Hogan (myzerocarblife).
@@jeanetterios2905 @Jeanette RIOS I tried the carnivore for 40 days, and already around day 20 started noticing my celulite was significantly less visible... by day 40 it was almost completely gone. And I wasn't even exercising during that period, since I felt my body was adjusting to ketosis and was still not ready for some physical challenges (after 42 years of carb based diet). On top of that, I listen to my heart what feels right at the given moment, since I have an inborn heart condition (Morbus Epstein) and I had an open-heart surgery years ago, so I'm listening closely what my body is trying to tell me. What I learned through my own experience and for my body: Carnivore is THE diet. I'm getting back to it at the moment, after several weeks of not sticking to it... and I miss how my whole body and mind felt during those 40 days. Inner peace and silence of the inner chatter that I could not believe was possible.
68 y.o. I was told that when very young I was such a picky eater that my mother asked our family doctor about it. He asked 'What does he like?' 'Meat". 'Then he'll be ok'.
I’m on my 6th month here are benefits so far No Gout my Dr was blaming in protein from meat No bloating No frequent bathroom trips 5-10times a day No gas issues No eczema and dry skin No brain fog No bleeding gums No tonsillitis flare up No mouth ulcers Some Weight loss 25lbs No weight gain with high animal fat 2mad meals High energy levels Consistent Mood No Anger issues High libido more than ever Glowing skin and hair Improved tinnitus Floaters have improved Simpler food preparation Many more to list now all that in the first 3 months tell me any other diet that can give you those benefit’s without medication none of them. With all of the above improvements its hard to ever think of going back to SAD way of eating. I was a vegetarian and an ex vegan. Update My tinnitus is gone
Wow: just wow. If this improves my tinnitus I will be yelling it from the rooftop not to mention all the other myriad of improvements you mentioned. Excellent.
I noticed that too for me, the peeing has slowed down.. To be honest I didn't think about till you posted that.. I was like damn, I haven't peed that much lately 😂
After eating keto for three years, this year I decided to try carnivore. Which I enjoy, however, I've settled into more of a ketovore plan. Carnivore during the week. Keto (veggies and some berries) on the weekend. It works perfectly for me.
I did keto for two years, although i found it difficult to limit meat which made ketosis hard to maintain. Intermittent fasting is easier for me and I stick to OMAD or a 19/5 ... carnivore!
@@janetelphick859 Hi, Janet. I've been in maintenance mode for a couple of years, however I have lost a bit more weight. I also practice Intermittent Fasting. I'm a breakfast/lunch kind of girl. Eating carnivore during the week has made Fasting so much easier. At lunch, I eat until satisfied and I rarely think about food the remainder of the day. The only downside is I continue to experience bathroom issues 💩.😳.
I love the carnivore diet. Thank you for sharing. No need for deodorants No need for skin moisturizers No bleeding gums, to add on a few Hair is growing back Very very little food waste Clean refrigerator...
Weird, this weekend my sister who hasn't seen me for a while commented on my hair sprouting like I'm a teenager again, and within days, the bleeding gums had stopped :)
I think clean refrigerator is my favorite part of your comment. I noticed that my refrigerator looks so bare and we have two in my kitchen. One for me and one for my husband. I could almost get away with a mini fridge and a chest freezer for all the meat that I have.
This is soooooo encouraging!!!! I’m ready to start this process!!! I hope it helps with growing back my hair!!!! I pray it helps with lowering my very high blood pressure, and getting rid of fatty liver and belly fat!!!!!
At 70 years old I lost 80 pounds. No more knee pain on stairs. Blood work and blood pressure is great. Skated through the virus that can not be named with no issues. Night vision seems to be a lot better. Saving money at the store by not buying all the junk food and diet cokes. If you get bored on this diet this means you are eating when you are not hungry.
Im a long haul truck driver, I did carnivore for a month and lost 13 lbs also the bloating and inflammation reduced a lot. For some reason last month I went back to eating convenient foods from the truck stop and everything came back along with 3 lbs. this month I’m better prepared and have bought an instapot and a mini George Forman I’ve also stocked my mini fridge with meats and plan to cook everything the day I buy it and have it readily available. I love how I feel while on carnivore although sometimes I miss cabbage and Brussel sprouts lol literally the only things I still crave.
Hi Cynthia! Thank you for sharing! Being prepared is one of the best ways to be successful. I’m so glad you have a game plan now. Im cheering you on in your journey! You got this!! 👏🏼☺️
Another carnivore RUclipsr lisalisad1 eats McDonald’s quarter pounder without bread or lettuce 3-4 times a week with no negative effects. Since you drive a lot you might try that?
@@crbaade That’s a great suggestion! I have done this a few times when I’m out and about and won’t have time to cook. 😊 You can order like this at other places too. My favorite is ordering the Flying Dutchman from In ‘N Out burger. It’s just their fun name for two beef patties with cheese. 😁😋👏🏼
I'm just new to carnivorish. I've kept fermented veg in small quantities. So you can have cabbage that Travels and it's ready to eat. Just buy or make live sauerkraut. I also love Brussels and you should be able to reintroduce some foods and veg when your other symptoms are gone and healed
Thanx for sharing this experience. I've been on carnivore for almost 9 months. I've had fat tumors throughout my body. Tiny balls of fat as long as I can remember and they all went away. All my pain went away. I haven't had a headache since I've started this. I'm no longer sensitive to light. The weight loss part I'm down to 155 from 210. I was skeptical at first. 90 days I still had most of my symptoms but by day 180 all of my symptoms gone... Keep it up.
My migraines, period cramps, and acne vanished after I went carnivore. I also lost 20lbs and have felt more energy than I have since I was a kid. Carnivore for the win! ❤ 🐮
@@alidonnenwerth8628 Not totally, but I cut it way back. I really just use it as an occasional condiment. I like to put ghee on my steak or sprinkle some shredded cheddar on eggs.
I’m so jealous bc I’ve been carnivore for 4 months and the fatigue is almost crippling. I just can’t figure out why this WOE has sapped my energy so much? Take electrolytes, eat plenty of fat but something isn’t right.????
I started Carnivore last week! On day 2 I was so shocked to see that I was not feeling lethargic. Im not a morning person at all but I was surprised that I was so energized first thing in the morning. I also love that I feel satiated throughout the day. 🙌
same to me, i started a few days ago and after the 1st day already I felt completely energized in the morning, woke up earlier and my focus was much clearer. I did not clean keto before. Carnivore could be a game changer.
I'm three weeks into Carnivore. I've lost 18 lbs and am seeing many of the benefits you've described. I'm committed to doing 90 days and then easing into Ketovore. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Welcome to the family! So glad you are experiencing all of the great benefits. I don't need allergy pills anymore, I only sleep 6 hours a night but am supercharged the entire time I am awake, no more brain fog, and my auto-immune disease hasn't flared once since I started eating this way. Oh ya, and I've lost weight and I'm out of the prediabetic range in my blood sugar. So many great things.
My husband and I started Carnivore in July. We are starting week 4 and I'm already feeling more energy, sleeping better and noticing change in how my clothes are fitting. I don't have sweet cravings anymore which is huge for me! I love the Carnivore lifestyle. Thanks for sharing your story.
I have been a semi carnivore, a few salads, love celery and bell peppers! It’s been about 5, 6 weeks! Lost 12 pounds, feeling better. A little low in energy, but that is ok. Was 242, now 230 in weight! I see my Doctor tomorrow, blood panel came back with my high total cholesterol went up from 210 to 231, (stopped my statin 3 months ago, Doc not like) but A1C down from 6.5 to 6.0, fasting glucose was 126 down to 103! 👍🏻My triglycerides down, 99 mg/dL from 125mg/dL 👍🏻
I was wondering after 3 weeks of eating Steak and Eggs and salad..I tried other meat and I found that I perfer just Steak and Eggs and Salad is it ok to stay with that as long as I want..??
Skin tags are caused by insulin resistance, so it's not surprising that they started to go away after doing carnivore. I've had these for years because I'm incredibly insulin resistant. I recently switched to carnivore, so I'm hoping this benefit kicks in soon.
@@TehLiquid Nope, but I sort of fell off the wagon around the holidays a bit. I'm trying to get back on it. But I did do mostly three months of carnivore with no changes to skin tags and only around 8 pounds lost.
can you help me understand insulin resistance? I know only that when you eat sugar, your insulin rises. But what exactly is insulin resistance? My husband has plenty of skin tags and lives on a low carb diet. Close to but not exactly keto.
Keto 3 yrs, then Ketovore 6 months, on my way to full carnivore. First you reduce brain fog (keto), burn fat. If you have a lot of inflammation & it doesn’t improve you need to remove veg/fruits and keep going (dairy). Once you heal, eating lots of fatty meats, (months to a year) then you can reintroduce things one at a time to see what you’re sensitive triggers are. Other benefits skin tags, chapped lips, pelican arms, start going away, other people lose skin discoloration, spider vein fading, slimming in the right places & gaining curves or muscles in the right places. Try it & see yourself.
@@joannenardoni17 I don’t drink milk (too carby), but do succumb to cheese. Unfortunately raw dairy is illegal in my state, I’d love to get raw heavy cream…
53yo female. Im now exactly 4 months on carnivore. Lost 31 lbs KP on arms gone, eczema and psoriasis gone. Feet baby smooth. Skintags going away. Eating OMAD makes me learn what real true hunger signals really are. I eat mostly red meat, hamburger, rib eyes, ny strips, oxtails, eggs, butter, some chicken and fish and liver 2x a week. I eat about 2lbs of meat, about 1200 to 1500 calories a day.
We have saved money overall on groceries. No longer buying snacks, chips, etc. Not dealing with forgotten fruit/ veggies in the fridge that end up in the trash. Eat what you can afford.
@@marybetholewinski9697 I think we are somewhere around $200 a week, but I am guesstimating. This is a great question and I will have to start tracking it more closely. 🙂 I'm very sure we are saving money overall though since we are not buying a vast variety of foods and we are no longer going through the drive-thru.. that adds up quickly!
I am loving carnivore and I'm glad it's working out for you. I spend much less time in the kitchen now and cooking is breeze! It's been almost 2 months now and I intend to carry on for a few more and then transition to ketovore like you. I have lost 6lbs and 2 inches off my waist. Yay me!
I'm just on my third day. I just threw out two boxes of cake mix and two tubs of frosting. It was no loss, the cakes were expired and the frosting expires in September. Anyway, I'm having less pain in my back already and I can't wait to see how it goes 😊. I also could stand to lose a lot of inches off my waist
Just started following. I practice intermittent fasting and had done KETO for 15 weeks a while ago. Lost 30 lbs. After I started eating carbs again gained some back. I am now on Keto, hyper carnivore mostly. Will occasionally eat carbs on special occasions. I can relate to all the benefits u mentioned. I also do not have a gallbladder. Looking forward to following you.
Thank you so much for the follow! I'm a little all over with my content right now, but I'm planning to split it up and keep this channel more focused on carnivore/keto/health and wellness. Those changes will probably come towards the end of the year. Thank you for sharing where you are on your journey. I'm cheering you on! 😄
Its a blessing hearing from you. I'm a full fledged Carnivore and find it's a BRILLIANT way of life. Aches and pains stop, within days, sleep is great, along with waking. Love what I eat! I've also begun adding walking, to my lifestyle. For me(though I don't suffer from any illnesses), Carnivore was for body composition changes and yet, I'm experiencing SO much more. I bless the Lord for showing me this, back in 1997, whilst on one of Dr. Atkins forums. Health through natural foods, not UNnaturals meds or drugs. Digging this!
Hi and welcome to the Carnivore Tribe. Just found your site and I'm glad I did. I've been keto since 2009 and carnivore since 2013. I had a 35 year battle with epilepsy which is why I started researching this long before it was "trending". Keto did make the epilepsy better but carnivore made my seizures completely gone. It's like having a whole new life. The list of other stuff that has improved is huge but no seizures is definitely top priority for me. You can personalize this as much as you want to be more or less strict depending on your individual needs. Some people who have severe auto immune disorders need to be super strict, like not even spices. Others can be more ketovore. I'm somewhere in between. I don't eat any veggies because.....why? I don't like them and they don't offer any nutrients that animal foods don't have in greater density. But I do like seasonings, non-caffeinated coffee and teas, avocados, olives, pickles, and as an occasional treat, low sugar fruits such as berries.
Just started this ketovore journey. As a 61 year old woman of faith with daughters your age I am excited to go on this journey with you! My daughters and I are battling autoimmune conditions and food intolerances and I believe God is leading us sin this direction 💗
Hi Rose! Yay!! I'm so glad you've started this journey too and I'm excited you are here. I plan to share more as soon as I can. I'm praying for you and your daughters on this journey and believing with you for complete healing! ❤🙌
Rose you are not being lead by a phoney "god" you are heading into a lame religion &probably pulling your daughters too good health is proper diet ( no sky daddy required)
I’m not a person of religious faith but faith in humanity, research and learning. I’m thankful that I have found the carnivore way of eating as I feel better and keeping my weight under control. I do feel badly with the whole animal cruelty thing tho.
Month four for me... My arthritis and acid reflux have literally disappeared... I've gone from 244 pounds starting weight to (as of this morning) 213.2 LBS !!!... I no longer snore and that, along with no acid reflux, means that I sleep longer and deeper through the night... This also means (along with no arthritis) that I wake up refreshed and rested with no pain... That means my anxiety and depression have alleviated... That results in more focus during the day and no mental lulls... This leads to elevated mood and outlook... Everyone around me has noticed the turn around. I laugh more, have TONS of energy and my blood pressure, cholesterol, iron count, glucose levels and A1C are PERFECT... Since I primarily drink only coffee (with butter) and water, my skin looks great!! Plus on this diet there is NO portion control or counting of anything except carbs and sugar so I am never hungry, just limited on my variety of foods... Do I miss certain things? Yes... Has there been a LOT of sacrifices to get to this point? Yes... Do I feel the benefits enough to continue? YES!!... This diet has changed my life and I haven't felt this good in over twenty years!! ...P.S. My wife (who is doing WW and yoga 3 to 4 times a week) is on her journey to healthy as well... and SHE is very happy with having a loving, laughing and supportive husband back again!!!
HALLELUJAH!!!! 👏🏼😄🎉 That is so awesome!! Praise the Lord! I am so excited for you and your wife. I really appreciate you sharing your testimony. I’m cheering you both on in your journeys! You got this!! 🙌🏼 And thank you so much for watching, and again for taking time to share! ☺️
Thank you for sharing! This is the healthiest way of eating with endless health benefits. I hope more and more people will realise what we have been told about nutrition and diet is completely backward. I can see in the future, there will be the day that everyone look back and wonder why we even need to argue over something that is so obvious and factual, the carnivor diet, just like having to argue that oxygen is essential to life. I have been carnivor/ ketovore for 2 years, never look back! Animal based diet rocks!
I love that you went off the diet on vacation and went back on when you returned. My husband and I do the same thing, mostly because when we are on vacation it is to see family and we are often not in control of the menu. I could be more assertive but believe me, it’s not the hill I want to die on. Back at home, we have a 95% meat diet. (Coffee is a plant, y’all.)
I’m trying it!! Going well so far. Lost 9 lbs. For years & years I Was having to eat every 2-3 hours bc I was shaking, light headed etc. That is gone!!!! I eat 2 meals a day now.
@@jessicabates2649 Yay! That’s awesome. I’m so glad to have found this way of eating. It’s so good to research and make sure you find what’s right for you. ☺️
Hi, so glad to hear about your experience, thanks for sharing. I just started 4 days ago and I think I can actually do this! I am a sugar freak so I am already seeing changes 😋, wish me luck!
I have skin tags as well. I've read it's due to high insulin in your body so eating only meats doesn't spike your insulin levels like carbs do so that is probably why they went away. Either way great to hear you're happy with your new lifestyle. Wishing you continued success! 🥰
@@nancy9478 yes I've been tested every year and the numbers are normal but type 2 does run in my family so I have to be careful. Thanks for your concern.
Excellent video! I just started this diet and I love how you eat until you are very full. I am not hungry then until the next day and I eat when I am starting to get some very light hunger. So eat once a day. My first week and lost 8 weeks. Love the diet and I am strict carnivore.
Yes, my "avocado skin" is melting away too. Didn't take any before either, 'cause I hoped to loose some weight as a bonus (started on the Proper Human Diet to better my Fibromyalgia), but I did NOT expect my skin to smoothe out like this! 😁💃💃
That is so awesome!! Yay!! 👏🏼 I’m still pretty blown away by what’s happening, but I guess, when we eat the proper human diet, our bodies line up to be what they were meant to be. 🙌🏼😁🎉 Thank you so much for watching and sharing!! 💞
WOW! I'm convinced that the Ketovore/Carnivore diet is the way to go. For almost 3 weeks I've been on a Ketovore diet, gotten past that phase of the "Keto flu" and starting to feel a lot better already. I have trouble sleeping, constant ups and downs, etc, etc. Have heard that these things improve, hence why I'm giving it a decent go to hopefully experience the rewards. But hearing that "floaters" in the eyes can reduce? This is exciting and I hope for the same results myself. Thank you for this.
@@luvfitall Well..... I'm still on a "Ketovore" path and after about 37 days now, (I think), several times I've just wanted to go on a "carb fest", just after highly stressful situations, but stopped myself. Weight is literally falling off me so that's great and hopefully the fatty liver has improved a lot by now. Feel less flat, can handle intermittent fasting for roughly 16 to 18 hrs more easily. Floaters? It might be early days but still quite prominent in my vision, they may or may not have improved. There was a real messy spider web floater mass that has mostly gone away or at least reduced, but elimination of sugar is going to simply improve a lot of things in time, I think. Tinnitus was one I was hoping to reduce also, sadly, not so far as silence can be non existent. Still getting and staying asleep is a challenge, but I'm not such a trainwreck after a rather crap sleep, lol, but stress is a huge factor contributing to that also, if only that would go away, "Yeah right"! LOL.
@@luvfitall Roughly 52 days now. Don't know how much weight I've lost but I'm way healthier and fitting into clothes I haven't for a while now. Eye floaters & tinnitus, sadly, no improvement unfortunately. Clogging? Not at all. Less clogged TBH. Far less movements actually. Taking Animal organ replacement supplements like Primal Multi. I hate liver, kidneys, etc. I'm also not 100% Carnivore, more Ketovore as I have low carb veg thrown in for roughly 15% to 20% of my intake. They say you mature a taste for organs? Yeah, not a chance in hell, tried but yechh, hate the taste. That and something like Keto K1000 to add to your drinking water.
Awesome for you both! Congrats on your success! Cutting out those carbs definitely helps with the skin tags, as they are caused by insulin resistance. I'm 51 and have been Ketovore since mid November 2022, after being diagnosed with T2 diabetes at the beginning of November 2022. It's brought my T2 diabetes under control and I expect it to be in remission/cured by March 2023, if it isn't there already. A1C went from a 10.1 to a 7.1 in +/- 4 weeks, my daily glucose level has gone from a 380 down to the 70-90 range, depending on what foods I have eaten. I have been taken off of my metformin. I have lost +/- 15lbs, from 227.5 to 212.5. I kicked a lifelong soda(pop) addiction in the first 2 weeks. The best part is how amazing I feel and how full of energy. It has been an amazing lifestyle change for me!
I love carnivore, ketovore, keto. I have seen so many health benefits. When I have gone off keto for a short time, I always want to come back so that I feel better!! Somehow it's still hard for many people to give it a try, because of what we have been taught.
People will come along gradually as they see you lead by example. I have gotten several friends interested in this over the years and they have all said they just couldn't argue with how much better I looked.
Way to go! Yep, I spun up my own You Tube channel too on 1/1/24 and have moved from BBBE Beef Butter Bacon Eggs to more Lion Diet with Meat, Salt and Water… I feel FANTASTIC!! 🥳🎉🎊 Way to go to get your kids on Ketovore too…. I’m cheering for you all !!! 🙌🏼 Joel

carnivore is awesome I was keto for 9 years now I'm carnivore I'm never going back the more I do this the more I get strict the stricter I get the healthier I get the more I'm convinced
That's so awesome! I'm definitely still at the beginning of my journey and not as strict as I want to be. We've been eating ketovore over the summer and I'm ready to go back to carnivore. I hope to keep progressing in the right direction because the benefits are amazing! Thank you for sharing.
Been doing it for 5 years. Floaters were something that went away for me i had a huge almost emergency floater in my 30s. My vision, prescription has improved. So many improvements in life
Congratulations on making such great progress in your health! I've read that skin tags (the growth under your arm) are caused by insulin resistance, and the fact that it shrunk while on carnivore may mean that your body is becoming more insulin sensitive. The cellulite melting away could also mean that your body is in ketosis and burning any excess fat stored in your tissues. Thanks for sharing your experience with eating carnivore; I am embarking on a test of my own to help me lose weight, get my blood pressure down, and stop the horrible agonizing foot cramps that have awakened me for years. I can't remember when I've had a good night's sleep, and I find your experience with better sleep to be very encouraging. Thanks again for sharing your story!
Me and my bf are about two weeks into carnivore. I enjoy it but have been addicted to carbs for so long it’s been harder for me than him. Looking forward to continuing this journey
Thank you for this video! You are the only person I have found that addresses having no gallbladder while on this way of eating. Can I ask how long your "symptoms" lasted because of no gallbladder?
I experienced the worst of the symptoms for about a week, give or take. Then I had lighter symptoms until they went away. I was experiencing an upset stomach at times and diarrhea.
Kelly Hogan who has been carnivore for over a dozen years also has no gall bladder. She only mentioned this briefly in one of her videos, but she is the picture of vibrant good health and positive energy. Her RUclips channel is My Zero Carb Life.
You took the words right out of my mouth - regarding the no gallbladder issue. It is nice to know someone without a gallbladder is able to give us results.
Congrats on your success. I live a Ketovore lifestyle but in order for me to lose weight, I must be carnivore. It's a challenge but very doable. I look forward to hearing your progress.
Thank you!! ☺️ And that is awesome you live the ketovore lifestyle. 👏🏼 Do you just switch to carnivore from time to time? Or are you saying you will be switching to that to lose weight? In some of my research, I’ve been finding that the carnivore diet is a weight regulating diet, so I might try to go back to full carnivore soon for an even longer period of time and see where my weight ends up… if that makes sense. I’d love to find my ideal healthy weight and then maintain. 😁
Great informative video. You've exposed this healthy way of eating to thousands. This is the way we make people more healthy raising health levels, decreasing mental issues, lowering health costs and creating a more rich society.
Great video. New sub. Thank you! I started ketovore in Feb... all my leaky gut symptoms went away instantly! But I slipped when I was travellig for work. So resuming the carnivore diet. No dairy... as it messes me up. But I add 10g total carbs of strawberries most days.... because my body tolerates it and the cold and texture is super satisfying. Eventually, I want to cut off the strawberries completely once I found some raw milk.
Well done. Great news about the cellulite - your happiness shines through😁. I suspect it's due to having stronger connective tissue which would obviously help all your joints and also skin appearance. I started Carnivore 2+ years ago and have transitioned to 'ketovore'. I now have some sauerkraut, avocado, beet root and maybe one piece of fruit a day.
Thank you!!! I am 9 days in and in the middle of keto flu. Not complaining though because I’m so excited for this. I’m try to get my electrolytes correct.
Yay, way to go! The keto flu is no fun, but just on the other side of that are amazing benefits. Stick with it! I use Keto Chow electrolytes. I'll link them in my next carnivore video that will post this Friday. I'll try to remember to go link them in this video too if I didn't already. Thank you for watching! 😊

I had to smile because the moment I heard you say "ketovore", I wondered if you followed Ken and Neisha Berry since they coined that phrase. (I'm a big fan.) Couldn't wait to check out your links after the video, and see that indeed, you DO follow them. Small world! P.S. your video popped up right after I watched a Ken Berry video today!
Yay! I’m so glad you found my channel and thank you for watching my videos. ☺️ Dr. Berry & Neisha have been such an inspiration to me & my hubby! I’m so grateful for them & for how much they share & help people. That is so awesome my video popped up after his! So crazy! 😃
I am doing 100 days carnivore. I am glad it went well for you. I am hoping to get good results and weight loss. I want to do this for 100 days and i always been a yoyo dieter. I know this is something I need to do to create the look im going for. I am just hoping i can stick to this and do no cheating even got 100 day tracker from amazon and its so cute.
Been on carnivore since march. Lost 53 lbs, no more pain, sleep like a baby, lots of energy and fantastic mood. I will never go back to the old way of eating.
I had a stubborn skin tag on my neck all of a sudden again and after starting ketovore with some carny meals, it shrunk to almost nothing! I had my dermatologist freeze two off under my arm before I did this diet. Skin tags are related to insulin resistance, also my eyes were not blurry, I am also not groping for words at 65 years old! Brain fog gone. Also my lymphedema in lower legs and ankles is better controlled; almost get no swelling; if I eat high carbs and sugar, inflammation increases and so does swelling! when I reintroduced carbs as an experiment, my vision became very blurry again Lost about 12 lbs in two weeks since reducing sugars like soda, candy and carbs like rice, pasta, beans, bread. This is an amazing diet. So easy to do. I like counting carbs better than calories!
The human body an amazing thing and can thrive off many different things! Certainly not for me it absolutely wrecked my hormones long term not having carbs I had extremely elevated SHGB and at 34 the testosterone of a 70 year old. After a couple month after reintroducing carbs my blood work came back normal. Some have huge success with it but this was my experience
I agree completely. I got blood work done before I started keto/ carnivore diet back in November. I started out eating all those junk keto snacks & then finally in July I went to 1 ingredient foods; meat, butter, eggs & added in 2 servings of fruit- got my blood work back last week- my glucose was 132- I am type 2 diabetic. I wasn't even borer line before this when I ate crap every day! So frustrated right now. So I bought a glucose monitor & getting rid of the fruit. Hopefully that is the problem but we will see.
Just found your channel. Congratulations on your success. I do eat a keto diet but would love to do a trial of a carnivore diet. Wondered if you would share with me a typical couple of days of your meals? Thanks. ❤️from the south.
Thank you! I will be filming and posting a video soon where I will share exactly what we ate during the 8 weeks, along with some of the specific meals we had. After that video, I plan to post another one where I share what we've been eating this summer on ketovore. 🙂
I'm must stepping into to carnivore and the simplicity of it all is what is striking me first and foremost. Turning 65 and being out of shape, there is a whole host of issues I want to address but the simplicity of this is an unexpected perk.
Yes, the simplicity is a game changer! And for me has helped to lower stress levels, which of course, is so healthy! I’m cheering you on in your journey & I believe you’ll get great results! 👏🏼 Thank you for watching! ☺️💞
I am over 60 I had an A1C over 13 about 2 years ago. I began doing my own research (Doctors Told Me there Are No Cures & Diabetes Only Gets Worse) I was Shock to find i didn't have to take Pills & Insulin shots for the rest of my life. I started eating mostly Meat it not only reversed the Type 2 Diabetes Joint Pain, Tiredness & much more are GONE. How long did it take to stop Insulin Shots after starting to eat mostly Meat about 2 weeks( Be Careful If You Are Using Insulin Shots It Works Fast & You Could Over Dose Check Your Blood Sugar Before Taking That Shot I haven't taken a Pill or Insulin Shot in almost 2 years. Most Doctors will Be Against Eating Mostly Meat because the are Trained by Big Pharma to Dispence Prescriptions for their Drugs NOT in REAL Health Science Big Pharma Knows Exactly what the Health benefits of Eating mostly Meat are "Their Drug Sales Go Way Down Got a Clue as to why all their research Studies that cost Millions seem to show how healthy fruits & vegetables are for Humans "Doctors Only Read Big Pharma s Summery Not the 1000 or 5 thousand page Study the actual findings in the Study is usually totally Opposite from what the Summery says. Thank you so much for sharing! And way to go on your health journey!! 👏🏼😁 My hubby and I have been doing lots of research lately and are finding the same things you’ve found. I will check out the video you shared soon. Thanks again!
Thank you for sharing this period I've been looking in aint in watching videos and thinking about I'm thinking about doing this particular diet particular diet. Thinking about starting when I get back from vacation and I go on vacation in 2 weeks so I was not sure if I would see any results in 2 weeks if I started now or not can you give me some insight on that? Again thank you look forward to more videos
That is awesome you are planning to try out the carnivore way of eating! I would just incorporate more meat and eggs into your diet over the next two weeks and then have your plan for what you want to do after vacation. I wouldn’t necessarily just cut everything besides meat and eggs out of your diet immediately if you plan to eat other foods on vaca. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching! I’m cheering you on in your journey! 👏🏼💞
Thank you so much for your experience with carnivore, I've been doing it for about a month first i stopped eating sugar and added sugar back in July, before that i was afraid to eat much because of bowl blockage from past cancer surgery, I've been cancer free for 8 years thank God, i do eat some fruit and cucumbers but im transitioning to total carnivore, I feel so much better, im also asthmatic that has gotten better, i work out. thank you so much.
It's my way of eating once my budget permits. It helps my hormones. For instance, my period was gone for 94 days last time. I was eating carbs and legumes because of financial constraints. One week and 3 days back on carnivore and my period came back. My cramps are minimal, so I'm taking fewer pain tablets. No bloating at all. I didn't get pms and I suffer with pmdd when I'm not carnivore. My skin is clear. I'm losing weight. I'm rarely hungry despite eating omad (sometimes 2). I have energy. I'm sleeping well despite having lifelong insomnia. Pain in my big toe and other joints gone. Floaters gone. My sinuses are clear. My gums aren't bleeding or hurting. No tinnitus. Losing weight. Life is good.
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore There are lots of ways to make carnivore economical. You could make a whole video about that. Cost shouldn't be a barrier for anyone.
Thank you for letting us know about the gallbladder issue. any oils would cause me to run to the bathroom. How long did it take you to clear up? I also noticed my sugar levels not going down. I figure it out and now do OMAD. Is it OK to use cheese to bind you up for the bathroom issues? Thanks, Tisa
Hello Tisa! 🙋🏻♀️ You’re welcome! If I’m remembering correctly, I only had issues for around a week, the worst if it being over a few days time. Since then, I only really have issues if I “cheat.” I eat cheese and it doesn’t negatively affect me, so you could definitely try that. Thanks for watching!! ☺️💞
Great video. Thanks ! I’m carnivore now for 3 weeks. I’m never hungry I eat 2x a day On keto I felt dehydrated and my blood pressure was low despite keeping my salt intake up. I just could not do it. My mood was not right either But on the carnivore diet I feel healthy and strong. I do take supplements because I’m not convinced that this diet will supply me with all nutrients. Dr ken Berry has keto chow minerals and electrolytes. I may order them. He’s a carnivore as well . Anyways I still have weeks to go before it’s 8 weeks. I’m really hoping this way of eating is sustainable Take care every one
That is so awesome! I'm cheering you on in your journey. I use Keto Chow electrolytes too. I heard of them through Dr. Berry and his wife Neisha. They are amazing and they are my main source of info. 😊
I'm on day four of carnivore - so far so good. I'd like to know if you experienced the same symptoms of digestive adjustment when you went back on carnivore that you had when you first started and how long they lasted. Thanks for sharing!
Yay! Way to go! I'm so glad you are giving it a try. I believe you will experience some great benefits. I did experience some of the same digestive symptoms but I noticed they didn't last as long before I found a somewhat regular rhythm again. Now that we've been eating mostly this way for over a year, I realize that my digestion and bowel movements are always a little up and down. I think for me it is because I don't have my gallbladder.
Thanks for the video. Did you do any intermittent fasting? How many meals per day did you eat?I'm 2 weeks into Carnivore, and haven't noticed and benefits except for th fact that I'm not constantly hungry and snacking. I am doing 1 meal a day (OMAD), so 24hr fasts each day. I've lost a little weight, but I'm still fatigued and my skin is breaking out. Plus I haven't had a cold or in years and now all the sudden I have one. I started this diet because I've watch so many videos like yours and want those benefits. I'll stick too it for a few more weeks I guess.
Hi Nicole! Thank you for watching and sharing your experience. I would definitely say to stick it out longer. I would do at least 8 weeks before making any final decisions. I didn't experience any real change during the first few weeks. I went through a keto-flu stage and it took my body a while to adjust. I started experiencing more positive change about halfway through my 8 weeks and really noticed things in the last 2 weeks. I really think the time frame is different for everyone. I did not do OMAD. I sort of did intermittent fasting, but not strictly. I would have coffee first thing in the morning and then I would just wait until I felt hungry to eat. If I remember right, that was around 9 or 10 in the morning. Then I would eat a meal and then my next meal would be dinner around 4pm. I did some snacking once in a while, but rarely. If you want to do some more research and hear from the pros, you should check out Dr. Ken Berry and Neisha Berry here on RUclips. I have learned a lot from them. I'm cheering you on no matter what, but I do truly believe you will experience more benefits the longer you stick with it. Thanks again for watching! 💕
I just finished my second week - my overall mental state is so much better - or clearer is a better way to say it. I feel good, and it’s easy to do - I’ve had zero side affects adapting.
I don't understand why this diet has not become universally accepted. It is crazy how good and clean and pure you feel after sticking to it for a few weeks. And I honestly believe it is impossible to be obese on a 100% non-dairy, 100% carnivore diet.
Yay! I'm late to responding, so I hope it is going well! I use the KetoChow electrolyte drops. I have at least one dropper full, and sometimes two, each day. A dropper full is 1.0 mL. Hope this helps! Also, check out Dr. Ken Berry and his wife Neisha. They both have RUclips channels, which I've linked in the description of this video. They have lots of very good info! 😊
You’re welcome & thank you for watching! ☺️💞 I didn’t feel as bad as I thought I would, but I did notice that I would feel the sugar crash shortly after eating anything with sugar. Our vacation was also fairly high intensity - theme park hopping & riding rides - so the adrenaline & excitement of it all kept my focus and I don’t think I paid much attention to how I was feeling. 😂 I will say that over the summer there have been a few times of getting off track and I almost instantly felt worse after eating carbs or sugars. There was no major excitement to distract me from noticing how I felt.😉
I agree with you on being able to jump right back into it. I've cheated a couple of times and went right back to it the very next day with no cravings, which really surprised me. That didn't happen when I was only on Keto, but when I went to straight carnivore (which is when I increased my protein by alot). So maybe the saying of eating more protein will prevent cravings and/or hunger? I know you don't need my opinion or approval. I'm just saying it in case it gives you reassurance that you're correct and not imagining it,...and for anyone else reading this who is needing encouragement.
Great video! Newbie here ..day 2 lol I have to say one thing brings concern not mentioned is any known gallbladder issues ? Being older is scary cause that's pretty common to be needing removal of. Which I don't want! Any knowing? Anyone? Thx Blessings & Good Health💖
Check out the RUclips for Dr Ken Berry. His site is full of great information and I think that you'll be very encouraged by the information regarding the gallbladder.
I agree, Dr. Berry has great information with a strong medical background, so you can trust what he shares. I'm cheering you on in your journey! You got this!! 🙂
YAY! Thank you so much! My next video on this topic will be live this evening. In the video, I share specifically what we ate during the 8 weeks. 😄 Thank you so much for your support! 💞

Try Omaha steaks for meat. A bit expensive but it's amazing! Like the best filet mignon ever!
Butcher Box... Great idea!
I am four months (almost) carnivore. Last week, I noticed all my cellulite was gone! I've had cellulite even when I was thin and fit! Now I'm old, fat and disabled from chronic inflammation (which is why I'm trying carnivore), but hey, I have smooth thighs! LOL
How long did it take you to see the different on your body when it comes to the cellulite ? I will like to do this diet but I just don’t know how.
@@gailivey2015 great recommendations. My wife's stretch marks are shrinking also. Best of luck on your journeys.

No Gout my Dr was blaming in protein from meat
No bloating No frequent bathroom trips 5-10times a day No gas issues

High energy levels
Consistent Mood
No Anger issues
High libido more than ever
Glowing skin and hair
Improved tinnitus

Many more to list now all that in the first 3 months tell me any other diet that can give you those benefit’s without medication none of them. With all of the above improvements its hard to ever think of going back to SAD way of eating. I was a vegetarian and an ex vegan.

After eating keto for three years, this year I decided to try carnivore. Which I enjoy, however, I've settled into more of a ketovore plan. Carnivore during the week. Keto (veggies and some berries) on the weekend. It works perfectly for me.
If you look up "metabolic flexibly", it's similar to what you're doing with higher good carbs one day a week. Many are saying it's better than not!✌🏽
That's awesome! Way to go!! Thank you for watching & for sharing. 💞
I did keto for two years, although i found it difficult to limit meat which made ketosis hard to maintain. Intermittent fasting is easier for me and I stick to OMAD or a 19/5 ... carnivore!
I like your idea of weekend veggies and berries. Did you still loose weight and feel fit? I’d really like to copy your idea. Thanks
No need for deodorants
No need for skin moisturizers
No bleeding gums, to add on a few

I think clean refrigerator is my favorite part of your comment. I noticed that my refrigerator looks so bare and we have two in my kitchen. One for me and one for my husband. I could almost get away with a mini fridge and a chest freezer for all the meat that I have.

Skin tags are caused by insulin resistance, so it's not surprising that they started to go away after doing carnivore. I've had these for years because I'm incredibly insulin resistant. I recently switched to carnivore, so I'm hoping this benefit kicks in soon.

can you help me understand insulin resistance?
Do you drink milk, eat cheese?
@@joannenardoni17 I don’t drink milk (too carby), but do succumb to cheese. Unfortunately raw dairy is illegal in my state, I’d love to get raw heavy cream…
So glad you have found this wonderful way of eating. Carnivore eliminated my anxiety.
I am too! And that is AWESOME!!! 👏🏼 So happy for you! 💞
AWESOME!! It sounds like you really got it down. Way to go!! Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience.
Do you have any idea how much money you spend on just your diet a week? I'm trying to see if I can sustain this way of eating
@@susieinthesouth1931 I believe we are saving money too, but I'll have to figure out the exact amounts. I agree with you to eat what you can afford. 🙂
I am loving carnivore and I'm glad it's working out for you. I spend much less time in the kitchen now and cooking is breeze! It's been almost 2 months now and I intend to carry on for a few more and then transition to ketovore like you. I have lost 6lbs and 2 inches off my waist. Yay me!
YAY!!! Way to go!! That is so awesome and I totally agree with everything you said. 👏🏼🎉🙌🏼 Thank you for watching! ☺️
Same hahaahahah
I'm just on my third day. I just threw out two boxes of cake mix and two tubs of frosting. It was no loss, the cakes were expired and the frosting expires in September. Anyway, I'm having less pain in my back already and I can't wait to see how it goes 😊. I also could stand to lose a lot of inches off my waist
Awesome! I'm cheering you on in your journey. You got this!! Thanks for watching. 😄
Way to GO!! 👍
Those packaged cake mixes and tubs of frosting were pure poison. Keep those out of your kitchen!!! Lol
Hallelujah!!! Bless The Lord🙏🏾🙌🏾❤️
Yes, amen!! That is so awesome! 👏🏼 Thank you for sharing & for watching! ☺️💞
Thank you for this inspiring comment.
Hi Robin! 🙋🏻♀️ Thank you! I’m glad to be here. ☺️ And thank you for sharing your testimony. That is so wonderful!! 💞
Keep away from the deadly nightshade family peppers eggplant tomatoes potatoes that helps too
Just started this ketovore journey.
How are you and your daughters after doing carnivore?

You’re welcome & thank you for watching!! ☺️💞
Haha, so true! 😆 Thank you for watching & sharing! 💞
I’m trying it!! Going well so far. Lost 9 lbs. For years & years I Was having to eat every 2-3 hours bc I was shaking, light headed etc. That is gone!!!! I eat 2 meals a day now.

You can definitely do this!! I'm cheering you on! 😄
You got this good luck.
I have skin tags as well. I've read it's due to high insulin in your body so eating only meats doesn't spike your insulin levels like carbs do so that is probably why they went away. Either way great to hear you're happy with your new lifestyle. Wishing you continued success! 🥰
Ok, that makes sense. Thank you for sharing! 🤓 And thank you so much for the support & well wishes!! ☺️💞

Dr. Berry has a whole video just about skin tags.
Excellent video! I just started this diet and I love how you eat until you are very full. I am not hungry then until the next day and I eat when I am starting to get some very light hunger. So eat once a day. My first week and lost 8 weeks. Love the diet and I am strict carnivore.
That is so awesome!! Way to go! Thanks for watching! 💞
Both skin tags and eye floaters can be signs of pre-diabetes. Good job reversing them!
Oh yikes! Thank you! Praise God!!! 🙌🏼 I do not want to go down that road. Thank you for watching! 💞
Yes. It is like moisturizing from the inside out.
Way to go! Keep it up! I’m cheering you on in your journey. 😊
2 weeks later from commenting this, can you update us on your progress?
LOL.
@@waynegriffin8667 tysm for this thorough detailed update. Personal q: are you able to have good bowels on this diet? I worry this will clog me.
This is so awesome! Thank you so much for sharing! 👏🏻 Congrats on your success as well, and I'm cheering you on in your journey. Keep it up!! 💪🏼😁
I love carnivore, ketovore, keto. I have seen so many health benefits. When I have gone off keto for a short time, I always want to come back so that I feel better!! Somehow it's still hard for many people to give it a try, because of what we have been taught.

So many improvements in life
Yay! That is so awesome. I'm hoping I can make this a lifestyle and I can't wait to say "it's been 5 years." 🙂
Yep. Floaters are a sign of hyperinsulinemia. This means you may have saved your eyesight.
Thank you! I’m excited to hear that you are experimenting with it as well. I am cheering you on in your journey! 👏🏼😁 Thank you for watching!

Day 14 carnivore. I feel amazing. Great vid!

Well done. Great news about the cellulite - your happiness shines through😁. I suspect it's due to having stronger connective tissue which would obviously help all your joints and also skin appearance. I started Carnivore 2+ years ago and have transitioned to 'ketovore'. Been on carnivore since march. Lost 53 lbs, no more pain, sleep like a baby, lots of energy and fantastic mood. I will never go back to the old way of eating.
Yay!! That is so awesome!! Thank you for sharing. 😊
I had a stubborn skin tag on my neck all of a sudden again and after starting ketovore with some carny meals, it shrunk to almost nothing! I had my dermatologist freeze two off under my arm before I did this diet. Skin tags are related to insulin resistance,
also my eyes were not blurry, I am also not groping for words at 65 years old! Brain fog gone. Also my lymphedema in lower legs and ankles is better controlled; almost get no swelling; if I eat high carbs and sugar, inflammation increases and so does swelling!
when I reintroduced carbs as an experiment, my vision became very blurry again
Lost about 12 lbs in two weeks since reducing sugars like soda, candy and carbs like rice, pasta, beans, bread. This is an amazing diet. So easy to do. I like counting carbs better than calories!
Thank is so awesome! Thank you for sharing & way to go!! I agree, I don't want to count calories. 😄
Welcome to the tribe! Enjoy your journey!!!!
Thank you!! 😊
I appreciate this too because I'm considering this diet and its a completely foreign way of thinking for me! Bloodwork and health is the test ❤
Do what works for you

YES!! So awesome! Way to go! Thank you for sharing. 💕
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore 💛
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore There are lots of ways to make carnivore economical. You could make a whole video about that. Cost shouldn't be a barrier for anyone.
Exciting results. Just discovered carnivore, so doing lots of research. Thanks for sharing!
@@mytelf5878 Sure, I've been doing this a long time. Happy to help others since there wasn't much out there when I started.
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore thanks 😊
Awesome video ! Thank you 👍👌
Great video.
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore that’s great news !!!
Keto didnt work for me
Add liver to get the nutrients you need. Its natures multivitamin
@@christinemeyer9160 you didnt do it right
Good to see you finding your way to health!!
Thank you!! 👏🏼☺️
Great video enjoyed listening have a beautiful day
Thank you so much!! I hope you have a beautiful day too! 💞
Sounds like the ketoflu stage.
@@mekon1971 Yes, that would be my best guess.
YAY! That is so awesome to hear. Way to go & keep it up!! 😄
I don't understand why this diet has not become universally accepted. It is crazy how good and clean and pure you feel after sticking to it for a few weeks. And I honestly believe it is impossible to be obese on a 100% non-dairy, 100% carnivore diet.
It’s so awesome! 👏🏼 Thank you for watching! ☺️
Ok, some people drink milk on carnivore. What is your recipe? Why no dairy.
@@joannenardoni17 you're not a veal...
I'm starting carnivore tomorrow. Excited and nervous in equal measure xxx
Don’t forget to have electrolytes. Also Real salt.
@@oldmexicanwoman159 Thank you. I have some but uncertain how often I should drink them and how many?
Thx so much! How did u feel on vacation while eating anything?
@@TheVictoriousCarnivore great thx for responding! ✅😊
Thank you so much! I will never turn down encouragement! 😁🙌🏼 And thanks for watching! ☺️
